Finding a hotel that hits every mark can be a challenge, but our recent stay was absolutely flawless from start to finish. After pre-booking through Agoda, the check-in process was entirely hassle-free; we were settled into our room within minutes of arriving.
The central location is perhaps the hotel's greatest asset. We found ourselves within easy walking distance to all the city's major points of interest, saving us both time and transportation costs. Despite being in the heart of the action, the hotel provides ample parking, which is a rare and highly appreciated convenience in such a busy area.
As for the accommodations, the room setup was excellent. We were treated to a large room featuring high-quality equipment and an incredibly comfortable, large bed that ensured a perfect night's sleep. The attention to detail extended to the bathroom, which boasted strong shower pressure—a small but vital luxury.
To top it all off, the buffet breakfast offered a fantastic variety of fresh options to jumpstart our mornings. Whether you are here for business or leisure, this hotel delivers a premium, stress-free experience. I cannot recommend it highly enough for your next city visit.

Good hotel to use for a night or two on the way to a nearby island. Rooms are adequate, and the location is good.

A good hotel to stay at Surat Thani town. Strategic location, spacious room, clean and easy check in / out process. Car parking located at basement.

Great service by staff, comfortable room on 5th floor, but no picturesque view of the river. Door keycard required to go up in the lift, which is great for security. Bike and car parking in the basement may not be sufficient if the hotel is busy, but appeared to be safe, although there was no security staff, so I could be wrong. There's a balcony on the western end of each floor (sunny side so it can be very hot) if you need a smoke or watch city life below

Our biggest issue was the shower went from scolding hot to cold, and you were stepping out of the waterflow and adjusting the tap every minute. Ok if you like cold shower though. Another concern is the bar floor is seriously and obviously broken, and there's no attempt to warn or divert guests around the holes. Consequently, you could easily twist an ankle or worse. Management should fix the floor or close it in my opinion.

The 6th floor rooftop would be great for a bar or party or a private party, it's all set up for it. Unfortunately, insufficient with guests and staff it is not being used.

We arrived very early because our ferry came at 5 a.m., and it was great that we could check in already at 6 a.m. The room is good, but there is a grey concrete wall in front of the big window. The people are friendly, and everything was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not very good, but it was very cheap. The location is very good, right next to the Saturday Night Market. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

It's ok for the whole day

Bed was the comfiest bed we´ve slept on so far in Thailand, and for the price we paid we couldn´t have been happier. Service was great, breakfast was delicious, and the location was superb. Everything worth seeing for us was in a 15 minute walking radius.

Stayed here for 1 night in May 2022.
The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked well.
The shower had decent pressure and was nice and warm.
The bed was comfortable so were the pillows.
The hotel is in a good location right in the city centre.
The breakfast was OK.
Overall I thought it was OK so I can recommend this place.

The hotel is located next to the river where is a night market and promenade spot with sport facilities, sun flowers and places for sitting.

The hotel cleanliness is average but acceptable for that price. The staff makes me a bit unprofessional impression as they gave us double time the wrong room. Also the requested beds were not available.

For a one day stop it is ok but for longer stays I would go to another place.

Breakfast was included but not really big selection.
