The room was very old. I couldn’t use the jacuzzi because it didn’t look very clean — I actually expected better. The location was good, but I don’t think it was worth booking a room with a bath.

Really comfortable beds , clean decent enough shower . In a quiet area but 5 minute drive to the mall and food market .
Really nice staff and the price per night is really good . There is also a restaurant right beside reception, I Recommend this if you want a quiet night and good sleep .

Lovely place with superfriendly staff. Kati Café offers delicious food and coffee. We always stay here when we are in Surat Thani ❤️

The accommodation is clean, convenient, comfortable, not much noise, sleep well. There is only a little noise from the air conditioner, but it is acceptable. Easy to travel. Overall, everything is good. Will definitely stay again.

I probably won't stay here again because the hotel website says the rooms are very new, but the actual rooms are old and the air conditioners are old.

Firstly,
Upon arrival, I found myself checking in to spend the night at the cafe. The ambiance was delightful, complemented by the pleasant staff and excellent services. Situated in a prime location, it offers utmost convenience, being not far from the Seatran office. It's the ideal choice for individuals like myself, who need to pause for medical treatment before returning to the island (I'm from Koh Samui). The staff were exceptionally kind and took good care of me.
However, there was one issue regarding the toilet bowl—it was challenging to flush, requiring a minimum of three attempts even for minor use. Additionally, the water noises were quite disruptive during the night. (Room 202)
Despite these minor inconveniences, my overall experience was wonderful. I will certainly return for my next doctor's appointment.
