Ko Tao Center Hostel in Surat Thani City

I liked this hostel. The main thing is not to confuse the names when you look for this hostel with a huge backpack in the rain (this is the Center Hostel, NOT the Central Hostel). Also the coordinates on the map are not exactly accurate. The hostel is located behind the gas station!
The advantage is comfortable beds, there is individual light, a small fan and a socket. There is a large locker. It's not safe, but it's good too. The room is cleaned. There is air conditioning. Outside there are tables and a place for smoking where you can sit. But unfortunately there are no outlets.. Next to the hostel there is a nice cafe and 7.11. The area around is clean. The main pier, different cafes, etc. not far away - about 7 minutes on foot.

Disadvantages - there is nowhere to wash and dry laundry. But washing in Koh Tao is a common problem. Here I couldn't find a washing machine for 30 baht as on Koh Samui. 40 baht per 1 kilogram! Very expensive. But you can wash yourself in the sink in the toilet)) In the corridor outside there is a small clothes hanger for drying, but if a lot of people - it may not be enough. There is no hot water in the shower. It's just a little warm, but not hot. Wi-Fi does not work very well - especially in the evening. There is no reception where you can sit outside the room with a laptop and coffee. There are only tables in the corridor but there are no bars, outlets, etc.

Good hostel if you want nothing more than sleeping :)
