This hotel is just located opposite the bus terminal. I checked in at 4.30am and check out at 12.00pm. The hotel is very quite, only saw the reception and a maid. Some might say spooky but I feel like I own the whole place. Room is newly renovated and it costed me only 450baht.

Well, I would love to give more stars. I've stayed here many times @ 450 THB per night, and hope they have cleared the infestations. Normally splat one or two a day, this visit I managed 3. The staff are happy to assist with splatting and spray. The owners need to make a descision. That will be difficult because the whole neghbourhood is deteriorating.

Seen from the outside it looks like a hotel yet to be renovated (maintenance should have been finished). The rooms, however, are much better. Good bed, good air conditioning, quiet and efficient. The staff speaks little English, but now with cell phones and a translator the problem is overcome. Without praise or infamy. Adequate price.

I stayed there in Dec 2017, that time the hotel looked very old and creepy, the good thing were the price, nice staff and the place was near bus station

Very creepy looking and very unhygienic. Not recommended. The toilet is unclean and the room is not that nice looking. If you really want to sleep here, I’m sure you’re gonna be creep out by everything, especially the curtains. Very not recommended. Filthy and disgusting.

This is an old hotel but a good place to stay. English is not really spoken but you can get by, the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you just pay on arrival you will save a lot of money on booking fees, also you can save by not having breakfast. In my experience there is usually accommodation especially in the low season. Some weekends can be very busy with large parties but come Monday quiet . There is a 711 a short walk away and small restaurants and street food very close by. Bus station is two minutes away and the train station five minutes. There is a local supermarket close by also. If I am in Surin I always stay here.

The staff there can know English a little. If you cannot speak Thai, it might be difficult for you. The room is clean. However, the bed is not really comfortable. The price is acceptable.

Nice place to stay and chilling. Located in the city center, super close to the bus station and train station. And the most important thing, you can find the great value products nearby in the Petchkasem Department store where is just a few steps from the hotel.
