They have 2 wifi routers on each floor but they installed them incorrectly. You will have a 90% chance of no connectivity based on random room selection. Room 305 has no wifi at all while 304 has very strong wifi. Strictly based on your exact room being directly next to the wifi.
Hot water is nonexistent; you can shower in cold or mildly not cold. The hot water heater unit under the sink is miserably under powered.
Free breakfast buffet is avoided by most guests. We tried breakfast on a single day and then skipped it for the rest of the week in favor of being hungry and just going out for lunch.
Birds are on the balconies, leaving them covered in bird poop and feathers.
The rooms are not mopped so your socks or feet will turn black unless you keep your shoes on.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

Unexpected little charm in the heart of surin. The rooms are big which was great for my kid. The beds were really comfortable and the air-conditioning was cold even in the thai summer heat. The hotel breakfast had a good spread for a boutique hotel. I’d recommend getting the scrambled eggs, I think the chef is from a major hotel chain 😁👍🏻

I stayed at the Sorin Boutique Hotel and would like to give honest feedback. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was so weak that it was practically unusable. The building is also extremely noisy, so you can hear every sound from the neighboring rooms.
For breakfast, you should arrive no later than 8 a.m. – after that, many items were already gone, the food was cold, and the overall selection was rather limited.
For the price, I expected significantly more.

Cons: This hotel has no business facilities such as slippers and a pen. Furthermore, the Internet is volatile and quite unstable. Most of the time, it got disconnected.
