The hotel was nice and in a great location. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Thongtarin Hotel. The staff very friendly and helpful. Tony and the GM Preecha really stood out more than the rest as they spoke english very well and we had good conversations. Preecha was very accommodating as we had a few hours until our departure. Quiet place but the mattress was as hard as a rock, I wouldn’t recommend if someone is used to sleeping on a soft mattress, I asked if they had a topper for the hard mattress and they said yes for and extra 170 baut, lol. We ended up leaving early and moving to the Hop hotel, much nicer mattress and better location.

It's okay. Easy to get around, convenient access but you definitely need a car. Clean enough, spacious room, and inexpensive, especially with the discount from Trip.

This hotel is just located opposite the bus terminal. I checked in at 4.30am and check out at 12.00pm. The hotel is very quite, only saw the reception and a maid. Some might say spooky but I feel like I own the whole place. Room is newly renovated and it costed me only 450baht.

Seen from the outside it looks like a hotel yet to be renovated (maintenance should have been finished). The rooms, however, are much better. Good bed, good air conditioning, quiet and efficient. The staff speaks little English, but now with cell phones and a translator the problem is overcome. Without praise or infamy. Adequate price.

My stay at the Surin Majestic was such a surprise & delight. I regret only having the one night there. Best hotel swimming pool in Surin. Amazing staff. Must be the best value for money in Surin. I hope I get the chance to stay there again

I stayed there in October of 2024 while in the area for the motogp race in Buri ram. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and friendly. I have a reservation for February of 2025, it’s race time again! Great hotel, the security guard did bark at me one night while I was parking though!

The hotel location is away from the hustle bustle of the city. The room is spacious and clean. There is no elevator so the elderlies may have difficulties to climb the stairs to the upper floors.

It was handy to markets and the staff were very helpful and friendly even with a language difference.

We needed a budget hotel near the airport to spend the night and continue our journey. Everything was acceptable, but in the morning I found a trail of insect bites on my leg. The bites were painful and very itchy. At first there were blisters, then they burst. Four days later they still haven't healed. I assume they are bedbugs.

Convenient accommodation, easy to travel, and also far from Robinson.

The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and there is no problem communicating in English. It is reassuring to use Ctrip when traveling abroad!

If you have a car or motorbike then this location is good, otherwise its a little hard to get around Surin. Good thing was there were restaurants in close proximity. Friendly staff with a good selection of snacks available in the lobby area too.

Unexpected little charm in the heart of surin. The rooms are big which was great for my kid. The beds were really comfortable and the air-conditioning was cold even in the thai summer heat. The hotel breakfast had a good spread for a boutique hotel. I’d recommend getting the scrambled eggs, I think the chef is from a major hotel chain 😁👍🏻

Great hotel, 10 / 15 minutes walk to centre and bus station etc. Friendly, chilled staff, as would expect from the wonderful Thai people. Big comfortable bed. Cleaned to high standard and basic toiletries provided. Would stay here again and recommend to other travellers.

The accommodation is quiet, and parking right in front of the room is convenient, which I really liked. The room furniture is decorated with wood. The room is clean, the bed is soft, and I didn't get any back pain at all. The bed sheets and towels were quite new. The staff are lovely and provide good service.

Good hotel, seems to be run by the cleaners and didn't see anyone in reception. Rooms are spacious and the fridge and kettle are a godsend..Bed like concrete but after travelling around Thailand on a budget you expect it.
