I had a wonderful experience staying at De Princess Hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed with a modern and elegant style that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you arrive. The room was very spacious, clean, and well equipped with high-quality amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep every night.

The staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Their service was professional and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very good experience. The room was huge, very spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect, very convenient to go around. The hotel also has parking, which was very helpful for my trip. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Loved our stay here. Front desk staff were quite formal but everyone was super friendly. Vegetarian food options in the restaurant were good.

Check in and check out were both fast and efficient, and no deposit was required which is a huge plus, GSAs were polite. The room is clean, and spacious enough, and the bed and pillows are comfortable, and the room full of all the amenities that you need.

However the TV is not a smart TV, no Netflix or YouTube, and mostly Thai channels only.

The biggest issue is the air conditioning. Guests have no control over the AC in the room, you cannot adjust the temperature, fan speed, or turn it on or off yourself. Even simple situations, like wanting to turn the AC off temporarily, require calling reception, this is very inconvenient. Guests have different comfort needs throughout the day and night, for example while showering and you wanna turn it off to avoid catching a cold. It is not possible without calling reception.

Having to contact the front desk every time for such basic adjustments is not really guest-friendly.
The gym is very small and has almost no machines, so it’s quite limited.

Restaurant staff were friendly, the food was good, and room service was good.

The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were very professional. Moreover, the breakfast was varied and delicious. I was very happy to stay at De Princess Hotel. I’ll, certainly, come back to stay here.

Excellent 4 stars hotel, cost less than larger hotel but it is as nice & newer. Staffs are super helpful & friendly 💞
