Low price. Place run down a bit. Noisy AC. Bad soundproofing, can hear all neighbors. No hairdryer in the room. Will not come back.

We had a good stay at this hotel and found it to be very good value for the price. The rooms are big and clean, providing a very quiet environment for a good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable, the AC cool AC. There's a good sized flat screen, but only small fridge in the room.
One of the highlights was the parking - plenty of spaces and most of them are covered. And a pool, although there aren't any comfortable and shaded lounge chairs provided.
On the downside, the hotel is a bit remote with no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Also, the room didn't have proper chairs, just ottoman-style seats, which weren’t very comfortable for sitting on a laptop for long periods. Overall, a good place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable spot.

Big elevator. There is a small trolly and ramp for bringing up your things to the elevator.
2 covered parking areas. Swimming pool with loungers.
Hot and cold water machine in lobby. (And 3in1 coffee pkgs only in morning)
Very clean room!!! Quiet neighborhood and rooms. Aircon worked well, large flat screen tv, small fridge. Out door balcony but no furniture.
Bed is firm, but comfortable.
Lots of storage space. Bathroom has wet and dry area. It has a fan ventilation, as there isnt a window. Simple toiletries.
Only complaint is a slightly musty odor in bathroom and room and the curtains arent light blocking. And our door didnt have an extra security lock inside.
Near Big C. And an excellent Isaan Lao restaurant called Chabaabarn is only 3km away.

Very nice rooms at very good prices. Pool available. Clean. Coffee and snacks offered in the lobby in the morning. Good parking. Elevator. Only real downside is poor partitioning of the shower stall allowing water to escape to the main bathroom floor.

I went off the reviews and the pictures and booked this for the five days I was going to be in Udon Thani, wish I hadn't. When you first pull in, the first thing that you will notice is that the pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the picture. The one picture of the water running out of the umbrella in the kids section, old picture, doesn't work. Once you get inside, be careful walking on the floor, it's like ice. My little girl fell a few times, and I almost busted my butt more than once. Also the reviews about the curtains being really bad are right on. They are paper thin and light pink in color. The block absolutely no light at all. The worst thing was the ants. They were terrible. My daughter left a Pez dispenser out for about two hours, when we come back to the room it was covered in ants. Take zip lock baggies for your toothbrushes etc, or the ants will have them too. This place might be alright as far as staying a night to sleep then get up early in the morning and leave, but for a long term stay, go elsewhere.
