Tanita Lagoon Resort in Udon Thani City

This place has started to fall apart, it is in poor condition. We were shown to our room but there was no electric, then the receptionists dog attached my dogs and she did nothing to help. We checked the swimming pool and it was Green water and only half full.
The surrounding pool area was a disgrace, filthy & broken, unsafe!

We returned the keys and left..

Filthy rooms. We arrived very late as travelling and had no other choice. We even went to the nearest PTT Service station for a wash the bathrooms were that bad. Kept all our clothes on to sleep and slept on top of the sheets, cleaned the beds ourselves. Left as soon as we woke. How people can live like this is beyond me.

SUMMARY: better than sleep in the car or on the side road, good enough service, bad room condition, scary environment in the night.

BACKGROUND: Trying to get some sleep after long tired day of driving. staying at the so called "Studio with Garden View" room (600THB/night by the time of writing)

RESULT: not enough sleep cause karaoke will goes on until 02:00 AM. some review says this place is quiet and had a good rest. Well reader, you dont have to believe me. you can risk yourself trying to stay here. how loud the noise is you may ask. I stay at the very back of the resort and the sound still goes through 200 Meter of air, break the room thin glass door, reach out to my ears.

WAY TO RESORT: hold your google map tight and firm, look multiple time until you see the entrance otherwise, you'll miss it

PATHWAY TO THE ROOM: small dirt road that have scary looking tree and broken cubicle along side (too scare to take a photo)

ROOM: Room is not quite worth the price (see the picture for ref) old wood furnish, tearing up wallpaper, broken ppwer plug, low water from shower head, toilet have open airway (low privacy), curtain in the front door is tearing, old looking air conditioner and fridge. (but you know the inflation quite high at the time of writing)
another thing is that the room is obviously not soundproof. you can hear snoring sound and full conversation if loud enough from other side of the thin sheet wall.

ANIMAL: lot of untrianed dogs barking all stranger and cars (potentially bite), gecko (not in the room but you will hear it in the night)

PS. Anyway, I let the owner knows that the karaoke is too loud and they turn it down for me nice handling though but I'm not sure if it's gonna go up again in the future.

PS2. By the way, there aint nothing near it. you have to drive out of here to get some drinks or foods of your choice.

A bit old but it has its charm outside city

Internet connection was terrible and only worked when standing in the road. The room is very cramped and the family room is disgusting.
