This is a regular place for my friends who come to visit from Bangkok. The rooms are spotlessly clean with no dark corners, and parking is convenient.

Excellent! The rooms are lovely, beautiful, new, and clean. The owner is very kind. It's close to the market and the price is affordable at 450-500 baht.

Good service, impressive. I like that there is parking in front of the room. I rent on a daily basis to come to work. Complete facilities But stick to cleanliness in the washing machine, laundry area, and refrigerator. There will be some stains. and bed sheets Totally wrinkled. But overall ok Acceptable with this price

The room is ok, spacious, has a counter where you can sit and work. Parking in front of the room. There is a refrigerator, TV, cool air conditioning, and strong running water for traveling to work. It's okay here. Sleep comfortably. The price is very cheap.

Just across from the Bus Terminal 1 in Udon Thani and near to the famous Central Plaza and the bars, massage outlets and restaurants. The hotel has a nice ambience, quiet and feels comfortable to stay for longer periods. 7-11 is just opposite. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful and speaks good English. There's also a cafe connecting to the hotel lobby.

I choose this place for only one reason. Walking distance to the bus terminal. Deep sleep and hot shower then 3 minutes to the terminal on foot You will never missed the bus. Peace of mind. The hotel was old enough. The window of the room was not outside to the building, inside to the premise and corridor, for your privacy, closed your curtain all the time. Bathroom and bed made me Uncomfortable...

A real hidden gem cafe, that sits in the heart of Udon Thani. Classic decor takes one's mind back to the 1970s, where it is easily possible to magine some of the scenes that may have occured here (as Udon Thani was a R & R (rest and recreation) base for American soldiers), during the Vietnam War. Cheap. Fairly clean but horrible prison-style bathroom. Location is great bed comfortable and staff are very pleasant. Ok for solo traveler for a night or two at most. Air cond good, wifi good. No lift, but only 3 stories.

This is an old hotel, 52 years old but has a unique feel about it. Certainly not modern, in fact it takes you back to the sixties.The room itself was basic, as was the bathroom but the staff and owner made up for it with their friendliness. In the middle of town with a small secure parking lot. Very good value for money but don't expect 5*.

When I had trouble booking a Grab, the staff even offered to give me a free ride to the station, which I really appreciated. I just hope they can improve their manpower next time. It was hard to find. We arrived late at night, and we had to go back and forth. Our Grab driver was kind enough not to leave us until he was able to speak to the owner and let us in. Nobody was there. Maybe because it was almost 9pm? The pipe of the toilet's sink was broken. The room was big, though, but the bed was a bit hard.

We stayed 2 nights. The rooms were big and clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a small kitchenette and a balcony. In a ten minutes walk you are at the markets, 7eleven and the Central. Basically, it desperately needs renovation, that would prevent bad reviews. Unfortunately, we had no hot water in the bathroom. The water heater wasn't working. Got a free upgrade to a superior room at arrival. (Nice suprise) Only issue is that the sink stinks.(this can be solved ofcourse. Great value for the price. The tiles in the bathroom need a bit of cleaning. The microfiber towels are fantastic. Nice big rooms.

Overall, ok. Good. The atmosphere is calm and shady. But the bathroom smells a little strong.

I stayed here a lot in the past. My biggest complaint is the vinyl plastic covered mattress. It should be forbidden. They just put a thin mattress sheet on beds, no padding in-between, so I feel like sleeping on plastic, so uncomfortable. Walking from central plaza is not practical, you need transportation. There are dogs in narrow soi.

The place is good and very close to the airport. The staff also are attending to my needs though I am late arriving in the hotel.

The hotel near to the airport with a good price, you can call Grab or ask the hotel to call the taxi for you. Highly recommend

Only 4 mins.away from airport by road.walked in the door of hotel no one there kept ring ing the bell for 35 mins befor some one came to check us in .then the lady could not find my booking had to call the boss after around 1 hour we where given a key .100 baht.get it back when you check out.the room ok bed was ok .t.v not work had to get someone to sort out .bathroom old .if your stopping for 1 night...

This is a really nice hotel. The price is amazing. The shower was so powerful. I loved it. The room was clean, the mattress was soft. I would definitely stay here again. One thing to note, the lobby was a little messy. But you don’t spend any time in the lobby.  I think this was a great deal.

I want to comment the food served here. I was not a hotel guest but the Swiss cuisine served here is delicious and was a wonderful change of pace to the (equally good) Thai food I have been eating for many days. The guest house is in a quiet neighborhood, is nicely appointed, the owner and staff are super friendly in multiple languages. Even if your accommodations are elsewhere, it’s worth stopping...

Only one comment, when you book a room with Tub shower, call to confirm. Also make sure you arrive before 8:00pm. Management falls hand over feet to accommodate you!

A bit off the beaten path, the place is very popular with foreigners. Pool, good food, good bar, great service. Each room is unique and comfortable and the grounds are lovely. The Swiss owner speaks Thai, English and German, maybe more languages. He is very personable and accomodating.

The room was okay, the service was good, and the location was good. However, the air conditioner is quite old and noisy, making a loud banging sound as it cycles on and off.

Good value, spacious, easy parking near the room, and a good atmosphere. However, the air conditioning isn't very cool, so you should check it out.

Good Food and Service in a relaxed atmosphere.

This is my third time staying here. I chose this place because it's close to work. I mainly just want to sleep, not relax. The view is decent. It's near local restaurants, but there's no seating area for eating. The accommodation doesn't have a dining room or shared bathrooms; you have to use the restroom in your own room. It's really just for sleeping.

This is a very nice and easygoing hotel in Udon Thani. It's right next to the bus station, near the mall, and nearby all the night markets. The rooms are clean, and every day the housekeepers provide a couple of bottles of water, coffee powders, soaps, and shampoos. The walk-in price is very reasonable for the area, and staff is all very friendly. I stay each time I'm back in Udon Thani.

Great value. Go direct! Rooms are very basic. Sheets and towels are old and have some stains. IHowever, it's clean, and the owners were nice. Large rooms. I could easily find lfit my bicycle inside. I got a quiet room, too! Very close to everything. If you go direct and bargain a little, it's up to 25% cheaper than with the well-known booking websites 😉

It's a resort near my house. The atmosphere is relaxing, perfect for chilling out and enjoying a cup of coffee.

Cheap: the price reflects what you get. Negative points : old fashion blankets, fixed shower head, shower water too cold, no kettle for hot water in the room, bad tv picture quality.

The hotel located in good place even the hotel is quite old but still clean and all accessories still in good conditions and the price is THB550 / U$D18 per night...

Got last minute room here in Udon and have been very happy with everything. Good clean room and great aircon. It's 104 out side now. Have good wifi and very happy with price starting at 500 bht

Very nice rooms and environment - lovely staff - shuttle took me at 6.30am punctually. Jets are noisy but that be changed. Pool refreshing. I recommend.

The location is on a main road, clearly visible when traveling into the city, near many supermarkets, but it is quite difficult to find nearby restaurants.

Basic hotel. A little out of town. Clean - helpful staff. Swimming pool was out of use. The breakfast was limited in choice but I enjoyed. Reasonable value.

For us, the price is considered too expensive because coffee and tea to drink downstairs are not available in some rooms. At that time the customer didn't want to go downstairs to eat. Personally, we didn't eat breakfast because we had to go to the doctor and skip meals, so we didn't know what the food was.  The bathroom was incomplete, there were no toothbrushes, no toothpaste. The breakfast is plentiful, the chef takes good care of it, it's delicious, clean, not too expensive, and the swimming pool is just right. The staff are cute.

The Kwang Dee room has a sofa and a large bed, but cleanliness needs to be improved. Small towels are not suitable for the room price.

Clean but the shower is broken. Not many amenities such as hair dryer, no shampoo, only 1 bar of soap. For 2 people, it is not enough. Parking is quite outside. Customers in other rooms lock their cars to block the way. Overall, it is worth the price.

I have stayed in $10/night hotels that I loved and $45.00 a night hotels that were sub par. I can usually find clean and comfortable accommodations in Thailand between $25-35/night. I was very pleasantly surprised at the Grand Perfect. The rooms were big and clean and totally adequate. They compare very favorably to rooms at twice the price. I have nothing bad to say about it.

Looks like the breakfast is too warm and good to feel with family.

Shower pressure was too light but we were to tired to complain due to long travel hours. Other than that all are acceptable.

The beds is comfortable and clean room ,breakfast is so nice we come for working trip in Udon Thani hospital it’s near hospital like 5 minutes drive .

Overall, it's good and worth the price. I recommend it. There's parking, the room is clean, and the bathroom is clean.

Overall good. The room is spacious. But I have to deduct points. The hotel is not soundproof at all. You can hear everything that anyone does. The sound of the water sprayer, the sound of people taking a shower. But if you sleep soundly, it shouldn't be a problem. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out. Very close to the city.
