The room was clean and nice, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. I’d book this hotel again for sure. When I had trouble booking a Grab, the staff even offered to give me a free ride to the station, which I really appreciated.

I just hope they can improve their manpower next time. Having front desk staff available is important, especially for tourists. At first, I honestly thought I got scammed because the hotel looked abandoned and there was no one inside. It was a bit of a hassle since you have to call the number posted outside if you need help.

It was hard to find. We arrived late at night, and we had to go back and forth. Our Grab driver was kind enough not to leave us until he was able to speak to the owner and let us in. Nobody was there. Maybe because it was almost 9pm? The pipe of the toilet's sink was broken. The room was big, though, but the bed was a bit hard.

The rooms are spacious, clean, private, quiet, and close to the city.

The shower water flow is poor, sometimes strong, sometimes weak. The shower soap is the typical tear-off packet type like in cheap hotels. The parking lot is cramped and the atmosphere is scary.

The room was great! Clean and very comfortable. Not too far from the city center. Good service. The room was very beautiful. I really liked it. The price was reasonable.
