Stay away from this hotel unless you have absolutely no other option. The so-called 5-star rating is misleading — an African 5★ is nowhere near a Western 5★ standard.

The standard rooms are poorly maintained, and we even found cockroaches in the bathroom at night. You’ll also be charged a city tax at check-in, which ends up being higher because of the hotel’s inflated 5★ status.

For the price you pay at this hotel its so worth the money. All the staff are so friendly like the cleaners, entertainment staff and the people at front desk. The entrance is very modern but the rooms are old fashioned but still nice. They had ok food it was bit basic but was nice and the pool was amazing. Definitely recommend as for it being cheap and worth the money.

The hotel is great, set in a seaside location. The palm trees and swimming pool area looks stunning. The food is excellent with choice of huge selections. Matured trees and exotic plants create a beautiful atmosphere.
On the flip side, the lift needs upgrading and the rooms need renovation. The location is a bit far from Sousse shopping area.

For the rest, maintenance from some parts of the garden have yo be improved.
And for the staf good service, maybe should improve with languages and comunication (English and spanish fluent)
Conclution: I recomend you because on the balance the most is the place where it is.
We got no water on second day of stay about 2 hours but for the rest it’s okay
We stayed in the hotel as a family of 5 for 6 nights in peak season.
Good clean rooms, great staff and nice aesthetics.
The garden and the pool are the best things about the hotel.
The location is good but the rooms located next to the Hannibal theme park tend to be noisy.
The only bad things are the lack of options in the food, and the beach, located next to the port isn't very clean
