I stayed at Iberostar Diar El Andalous for 5 days and had a fantastic time from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms were excellent – clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The food was lovely with plenty of choice, and the service throughout the hotel was outstanding.

A special mention to Alex from the animation team – always full of energy, very funny and someone who really made my days by the pool even more enjoyable. Nabil was amazing at keeping me topped up with beverages and always served with a smile. The restaurant staff were all brilliant – constantly smiling, attentive and couldn’t do enough for me. My cleaner was also so lovely and kept my room spotless every day.

The whole team made my stay truly memorable. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!

Had a great stay! There was a lovely guy on reception who upgraded us to all inclusive & a better room which was a nice surprise. He also gave us some olive oil as a leaving gift. Very friendly and attentive waiting staff & fun activities with the animation team (special mention to Kitty for the great Arabic lessons & Tito for the dancing & all the others as well). Thank you! We will be recommending to our family & friends 😊

I love this place!!! I came here solo, all of the staff are such amazing people, all of them are very attentive, kind and welcoming. The restaurants are beautiful too, the main restaurant is a help yourself buffet, loads of options like steak, lamb, sushi, salads and fresh fruit, a lot of drink options, the waiters are lovely people, the Italian restaurant was to die for! The restaurant itself is beautiful and the food was incredible as well. The beach and the swimming pools are stunning, the entertainment was so fun, I stood on a guys back while he swallowed a sword lol! The spa is really good too, I had an incredible massage and the indoor pools great, the only problem I had with this was when I got a facial, it was pretty painful, I told the lady about this and she just kept going lol so I wouldn’t get a facial again. Despite that this place really is amazing I’m very sad to be leaving but I will definitely be back!! I have alot more positive things to say but it would be a very long review, I just want to say thank you so much to all of the staff who work here!!💖💝

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of by all the staff at the hotel everywhere like in security, reception, dinning, bars, cleaning, housekeeping, animation.

A huge thank you to Aziz, the Guest Relations Manager, whose exceptional hospitality made all the difference. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect, and his kindness and professionalism truly stood out.

We’d also like to convey special thanks to Marwen (Reception Manager), for his outstanding service. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. His warm approach made us feel right at home.

Thanks to both Aziz and Marwen and all the other amazing staff at this beautiful hotel, our experience was seamless, comfortable, and memorable. Honestly this hotel and all the staff have my heart! Me and my cousin come here every year in November as the weather and atmosphere are perfect for us!

This time though, I have come on my own feeling comfortable enough to do so! The staff remembered me and their reactions to me being back was absolutely priceless!!

I couldn't have more positive things to say about the bar staff (Fathi, Fedi and Ali) as they bring me my drinks without me even having to ask any more!

Zahardine is the sweetest waiter of an evening and never fails to make my evening meal so lovely!

5⭐️s to the animation team, especially Alex! Always going above and beyond to get you involved in different activities, keep the music playing and putting on FANTASTIC shows of an evening!! Its been sad to see Ziko leave as holidays wont be the same, but the whole team remains absolutely incredible! They really do make the holiday❤️❤️

I have rated the hotel 3 stars, however I would rate Tunisia zero stars. I feel that I need to warn other travellers about the experience we had. We like to explore outside of the hotels we visit and, for context, we have been to Morocco 3 times and many other destinations all over the world. We have never experienced this level of scamming, fraud and exploitation. Every time we left the hotel we were lied to from taxi drivers telling us places were shut so that they could take us somewhere else and charge lots more money, to being lied to about currency in shops, being told payments hadn’t went through, charging us double what was being quoted , being approached by ‘the police’ (not) being approached by ‘someone who works in our hotel’ (not). All of which is VERY SCARY AND INTIMIDATING to the point where I asked my husband to take me back to the hotel and not go out again. We love exploring the souk in Marrakesh which we found impossible here. The hotel itself was fine, we paid for a star prestige sea view room, our first room looked straight onto another building with a tiny bit of sea visible through some trees (see picture), I complained and had to wait till morning to be moved so could not unpack. The upstairs lounge was very run down and grubby and was always full, the outside one was miles from any where so we didn’t use it. There is no separate check in desk as advertised. The sports bar was shut as was the beach bar. The best thing about the hotel is the a la carte restaurant where the staff were lovely and food was great. We would not go back to Tunisia and would rather pay a bit more and go somewhere where they do not take advantage of tourists who do not know the language/area/currency.

This hotel is fantastic. All the staff are really friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing holiday. The food is the best I've experienced with any all inclusive. Booked again for next year and 2027 already.

This hotel was absolutely incredible. Honestly, it is one of the most luxurious hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were outstanding, the food was excellent, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was truly top-class. Special thanks to the receptionist, Mr. Moussa, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Also, one of the hotel managers, Mr. Aziz, was incredibly kind, professional, and lovely. We stayed only three nights, yet it felt as if they had become part of our family. The restaurant staff were very polite, professional, and attentive. The bartender was excellent and very friendly. The housekeeping ladies were so sweet, respectful, and kind. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tunisia. I truly hope I can return next summer with my family, because this stay was one of the best and most memorable experiences we have ever had. We genuinely miss the staff and wish them all the best. Lovely hotel great location with great views Visited with my mother and aunties. We had slight hiccup with the rooms at first but Merwin and guest relations both sorted it for us very quickly. Food was too much and lovely and all staff were good too. Only thing was that there was no water in the rooms, we have to get our own from bar or from water dispenser which is not ideal for busy times in and out. Would help if water is provided daily in the rooms. Cleaning girls, Laila and Naila both very friendly and good laughs with them. Reception staff were a little moody but Merwin and guest relations made up with all the smiles and help they provided us daily. Selina was lovely in guest relations tooz Animations/Entertainment, was absolute brilliant . Zee and his team all become friends with us and would often check how we are doing during the day too when we on beach or just relaxing. All the best for this team. I would defo come back due to great help from management and already looking to book for next year at their other iberostar hotels in Tunisia. Dont forget to hug and play with the friendly cat who visited us daily. she was so nice. Many Thanks
