The place is more of a restaurant than a hotel. The room is too close to the pool, and children playing in it can even splash water on the room door. It's definitely not a quiet place

The pool is very small, and the beach can be quite dirty depending on the current

The attentiveness, sincerity, and smiling faces of all the staff, especially Süreyya Bey, complete this beautiful atmosphere. I thank each and every one of them for creating such a wonderful place with such care and love

I don't think there's anywhere else on Büyükada where I feel so at peace and so happy. This is one of the few places where I truly feel at home, leaving with a big smile on my face every time I visit

This is a place far from the crowds of Büyükada, isolated yet warm. It's not just about eating a delicious meal; being here is an experience in itself. You feel both special and deeply comfortable

Overall, my experience was good. The hotel was quiet throughout my stay. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was clean. They also have a buffet breakfast, which wasn't bad but satisfying.

The location is quite good, and since the island is small, it's easy to reach everywhere. The hotel has a pool, which, although not very large, is sufficient for basic needs

Breakfast was generally tasty and offered a good variety. Room cleaning is not done daily, and towels are not changed on a daily basis

We stayed in the rooms by the pool for 4 days, which were all nicely isolated but good for lounging

It's only a quick ferry to get to the mainland, which we did on 3 of the days, and managed to see most of the major sights in Istanbul. Absolutely recommend! Far better than the overpriced hotels nearer the waterfront

The staff was very friendly and charming. The breakfast was of good quality. The sauna can be used as a couple privately. The view was also very nice. The bathroom was clean.

Loved the scenery, the Prince's island is a magical place. Everyone working at the hotel was very charming, and the room's were beautiful

Nice place right on by the island centre. Good price/quality ratio but higher price on weekends. Breakfast included. Speak some English

Clean and nice place to stay for a relaxing night. Wifi is not working as it has to but overall nice place

Great location, polite staff, and cute rooms. Breakfast is delightful. The only issue for me is the wifi needs upgrading, if you're trying to get some work done you're better off hot spotting from your phone.

I thought it was little expensive considering that my room did not have a view and the noise insulation was not perfect. Good that they had a free boat to take you their beach. But still. the price was high.

Small rooms , the wooden hotel makes noises and sea birds did not allow us to sleep. But its all about our room 404 in 4 floor The hotel staff are kind and breakfast was good

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the ferry terminal but in a quiet place. It is a really nicely designed, boutique hotel

3 mins walk from the pier but in very quiet area. We had a suite room with a lovely view on the yard and garden. Especially, we appreciated a tentative service from the hotel manager/ reception guy, always with a smile

Breakfast was amazing, with fresh and delicious options, including freshly made blintzes, which were a real highlight. The location is perfect — close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful

Highlights include the amazing communication with the host who helped me find all the correct timetables to arrive and leave the island. Also, don't forget to stay for dinner at their adjacent café

One of my personal highlights was the mother cat and her two kittens living in the courtyard. The owners care deeply for them, feeding and looking after them with such kindness and compassion

Wonderful experience staying with the Sergüzeçt Otel. They were the perfect start to each morning (especially that amazing breakfast spread!) and the perfect close to each evening

It made the hotel feel even more special and heartwarming. The combination of great food, fair pricing, kind service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes this hotel a wonderful find

Our room was spacious with a superb view, and the courtyard where breakfast is served is absolutely delightful — full of beautiful plants, cozy seating, and a relaxed vibe

We stayed in a deluxe double room with a balcony. You can have a wonderful evening on the balcony by buying a corkscrew and glass from the hotel and wine and candles from the market. We were pleased, we recommend it

Only the lid of the trash can in the toilet was broken and the toilet door did not stay open, it closed by itself, which was not practical

In a great location with better service at a cheap priced hotel with a helpful receptionist. That experience was worth it.
