Stayed here for 8 nights following cosmetic surgery. All staff in the hotel are very accommodating and understanding and cannot do enough to help you. Given the nature of my stay I ordered a lot of room service which was amazing. Really excellent food. I had a Turkish bath with Fatima which was a lovely experience! I recommend this hotel to anyone staying here for holidays or travels.

The hotel is located in front of Bosphorus Strait, and very convenient access to the ferry port and the metro stration. Since I used the Sabiha Gokcen International Airport (SAW), it took about only one hour from the airport to the hotel by using Metro, without worrying about traffic jams. The hotel is located in one of the best areas in Istanbul and almost every tourist attraction is walking distance from here or only few minutes by car. The rooms are perfect however I did not like the glass that covers the TV in the rooms, because it makes it difficult if you would like to connect your devices to the TV. Stayed at this hotel with friends for about 4 nights . It is located in a busy district close to everything . Also the main shopping district is up the hill with many great boutiques . The suite with its own cabana is really nice . The staff is friendly and will organize whatever you may need . The spa is small. The gym is fine.
