A very good hotel for a reasonable price!!! New management made great changes in a few days: a very nice and cleaned beach, pleased and helpful staff, everyday room cleaning, plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables, fresh and delicious cuisine

The food is good,the staff is normal. Who's coming bring shoes for swimming. The sea within walking distance. Come start to act up ,all of them wrong. You'd think the house twenty meals are prepared

The hotel is declared as 5*, but in fact are barely even normal 4*. Sooo modest food, mainly chicken and Turkey, fish sometimes. In 11 days the meat was 1 times in the form of kebab, super sharp

A contingent of 50+, young people here are doing absolutely nothing, for couples with children to relax is quite possible, but with food for children is difficult

the Rooms are old, furniture worn out, the balcony doors do not lock a. The animation was also quite mediocre

The kids didn’t use the equipment on the aqua park side. Since we thought it would be cold due to the season(November), we didn’t even put swimsuits on them. Even so, they had a great time with the toys on the other side

The outdoor pool is fantastic and the beach is beautiful. It’s a pity that it rained and got a bit chilly during our last two days. We’d love to come back again in the summer!

Nice place, it's really friendly to families. We stayed for five nights and the kids absolutely loved it. There are plenty of entertainment facilities and sports areas

By the way, the water park area was also open, and since the weather was sunny, there were other children playing there as well. Service was also extremely satisfactory. Always people around asking if you need anything

Had a holiday with my dad as he'd stayed here many times before, it was my first time and it was AMAZING! Absolutely immense. Food was amazing, bars were amazing, staff service was incredible

What made our experience so special was the incredible dedication of our Maxx Assistants – Tutku, Mohammed, Oussama, and Oulaiya – who took care of us 24/7 with so much professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail

The pools are stunning, and the water park is a great highlight for both kids and adults. The evening shows and entertainment programs are top-notch. Everything is well-organized, safe, and luxurious

Clean, with amazing pool facilities (even if the water temp could be higher). The entertainment provided is first class, both during the day poolside and at night

The pools were nice, not too crowded the sun loungers were very crowded hard to find seat sometimes, but the pool wasn't crowded. Pools were freezing cold, but after like 30 mins u get used to it

The indoor pool wasn't very clean i could see the dirt floating that needs better cleaning please

Food is well varied and made for those with families, even offering a toastie service at 11. Ala Carte dining is a must, but be sure to starve yourselves beforehand. Staff were great and rooms cleaned daily

Non standard animators style, free moving with no standard uniform and any special clothes. Do them more related to the guest, looks more comfortable and friendly. Huge stage give possibility to good perfomance

Amazing entertainment programs and crew, nice aqua park and pools, hotel is huge, food is tasty and choice is big, same for the beach and bars… On the other side hairdryer in a room is too weak, even for man hair, and ventilation in bathroom is not the best… Also every coffee tastes like filter coffee - there is no option for some good espresso/cappuccino etc you will basically...

We enjoy our vocation in crystal Family hotel. Animation team and mini-Club was amazing with its kind friendly and lovely staf. We could let our child there with good safe feeling. Thank you guys ;)

Arrived with my partner! Very quick & lovely check inn was showed to our room an helped with bags rooms where clean & very spacious showers where big & always had fresh towels in mornings, AC worked beautifully the balcony view was amazing, spacious, I am a picky eater & there was plenty to choose from burgers, spaghetti, chips, kebab, pizza & many more there where many food bars & drink bars so...

The pools, definitely cool at this time of year, are both massive and spotlessly clean and there's direct access to the beach and a huge waterslide park

Nice gym, sauna, steam room and the two swimming pools are massive with some of the most fun water slides. Thanks to Caner!! We will be back. The view from the window in the evening is mesmerizing

My days are spent in the sun, eating, sleeping, working out and having a few beers. The food hall is a little chaotic but once you develop a system, table first, it's bearable and the food is top class

Another member of the staff I’d like to mention is Melike as she served us several times at the pool and she was very kind and knew our additional requests (for example the extra ice) and was well prepared after the first time so we do not need to ask for these things as she provided them for us when she was in charge

Just returned and what an amazing hotel. Dont even know where to start, the hotel carries a very classy look, the swimming pools are great

Night entertainment is decent with either karaoke or disco, even a pianist late afternoon. Cafe for your morning coffee, that actually use starbucks machines and great little bars pastries cafe

Within the hotel there are not many sports activities possible so you should prepare for beach and pool swimming

The pool bar is beyond inedible with weird food and plastic chairs and tables. I don't understand where the 5 stars next to the name of the resort come from

I gave 3 stars because there were certain features that the resort held very high, such as the food and the pool which were exceptionally good

The hotel is very family friendly and nice, the food is very good. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the location do not allow to do anything by walking distance

The only downsides were: The language barrier, (Which was not that big of a deal once you picked up some Turkish words, would be a good practice as guests in Turkiye) the distance, (Which isn't all too bad if you plan to stay in the hotel only) and disco being closed

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and I really enjoyed my time there. There was a good variety for the food they served, and the animation team were doing their best

We stayed here as a family with my elderly parents and 8-year-old son and had a lovely time overall. The location is great, and there’s an amazing variety of food and drinks

Cleaning was excellent, except the beach, which could have been better maintained. We had a few room issues (fridge, air con, TV, toilet) that were quickly resolved

Nice place for family holidays. Beach so close and the pool area it’s also close. Bars are open 24h and you can not wait. Staff are frendly and help If you need something, just the cleaning staff are not good

Some staff spoke limited English, but someone was always available to help. The hotel lacks a few services like currency exchange and international calls

We booked a room with a sea view and were given room number 306 with two windows and two balconies. The plumbing worked and hot water was always The restaurant had something to eat always and the staff was very friendly

But the staff immediately gave us a room, and we were even able to have breakfast and lunch. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for a wonderful stay in November

There's a large park next to the hotel, where we took walks every evening. On our first day, we arrived at the hotel at 7:00 AM, and check-in was at 2:00 PM
