Harika bir deneyimdi, off-sezon olmasına tağmen otel olanakları harika bir şekilde sunulmuştu. Özellikle ala-cart rest. Servisleri mükemmele yakındı. AKSAM rest. Servisinden ve lezzetlerinden çok memnun kaldık. Bunlar dışında temizlik spa ve genel alan hizmetleri oldukça iyiydi. Tek şikayet bu kadar elit bir otelin açık büfe rest. Kalitesi daha iyi olmalı ve içki barındaki premium içkiler özellikle viski rafı çeşitlendirilmeli.

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and overall the hotel was truly beautiful. The resort itself was impressive — the architecture, landscaping, and overall atmosphere were stunning. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The food quality was also very good with a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed.

However, there were a couple of points that I believe the hotel management should pay attention to.

Before our arrival, our confirmed reservation was attempted to be cancelled twice due to what was described as a “local market / nationality agreement.” As guests, this was quite concerning and stressful since it happened very close to our check-in date. Fortunately, the issue was eventually resolved and we were able to keep the reservation, but situations like this can affect guests’ confidence when planning their stay.

During our stay, we noticed that the service in the buffet restaurant could have been more attentive. On one evening, the waiters passed by our table several times without offering drinks or asking if we needed anything. At one point I asked for a fork, but unfortunately it never arrived before the restaurant was closing. The staff did not appear very attentive or welcoming in this area.

On a more positive note, the service at Piazzetta Italiana was very good — professional, attentive, and a clear highlight of our dining experience.

There was also a small incident in the lobby area that felt disappointing. While a staff member was refilling welcome snacks and drinks (presumably for arriving guests), I approached to take a juice and was told quite abruptly “not for you.” While I understand there may be rules, the way it was communicated felt impolite and not in line with the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard.

Aside from these points, the hotel itself was excellent and offered a very beautiful environment for a holiday. With more consistency in service and guest interaction, the overall experience could easily match the high standard that the resort represents.

This hotel is definitely not premium; it's quite old. During the off-season, almost nothing is open. The food at the à la carte restaurant isn't bad. There are a lot of people, and the clientele isn't exactly premium either.

A luxurious hotel with varied food options 24/7. We went in February with our teenage children: there were different activities every day – a games room with basketball, air hockey, bowling, as well as bicycles and excellent tennis and paddle courts. Heated pools and walking areas!
Also, free shuttle and access to Legends Park – most of the attractions are closed in winter, but we still had an unforgettable experience.

It was an amazing hotel overall. Food was diverse and delicious. The room was extremely clean. I am a person who is not easily satisfied with cleanliness generally. Theme park was awesome. Although our kids didn’t use water park. The kids didn’t use the equipment on the aqua park side. Since we thought it would be cold due to the season(November), we didn’t even put swimsuits on them. Even so, they had a great time with the toys on the other side. By the way, the water park area was also open, and since the weather was sunny, there were other children playing there as well. Very elegant hotel. Great beach. Service was also extremely satisfactory. Always people around asking if you need anything. I will try to catch deals for the next year.

Our stay at Rixos Premium Belek left us with the most pleasant impressions. The high level of service was evident from the very first moments: a warm welcome, assistance with luggage, and professional escort to our room. We especially want to acknowledge Evelina, the Guest Relations Manager, for her attentiveness and genuine care for the guests.

The Rixos Lounge deserves special mention for its refined atmosphere, live music, and impeccable quality of drinks. Excellent cuisine, well-maintained grounds, swimming pools, spa areas, and the warm sea made our vacation truly comfortable and relaxing. We would gladly return here again.

Nice place, it's really friendly to families. We stayed for five nights and the kids absolutely loved it. There are plenty of entertainment facilities and sports areas. The outdoor pool is fantastic and the beach is beautiful. It’s a pity that it rained and got a bit chilly during our last two days. We’d love to come back again in the summer!
