Had a holiday with my dad as he'd stayed here many times before, it was my first time and it was AMAZING! Absolutely immense. Incredible. Food was amazing, bars were amazing, staff service was incredible. The hotel was clean, the room was big, the bed was great. It was very quiet in the rooms too. A great location too. Lovely people. Cannot reccomend this place highly enough and will definitely be back.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We were absolutely delighted the first time (three years ago), so we decided to stay here again during our January holidays. Unfortunately, the hotel has deteriorated. Literally everything has dropped in quality: room cleaning, service in the restaurants and bars. The evening entertainment program was significantly "shortened" (apparently due to the low season, even though the hotel was full). The lobby and bar on the lower ground floor constantly smelled of sewage, as did the BLOOM BAR. However, the general hotel grounds are well-kept and green. Minor renovations are underway next to the Turkish restaurant. The rooms are tired. An electrical outlet near our headboard fell off, which we informed our assistant, but it was never fixed. Cleaning was mediocre: the floor was dirty throughout our entire stay, with tumbleweeds already wandering across it; dust was never wiped; and splashes on the mirror near the sink were also our constant companions. The hotel has revamped its room amenities – large bottles of gel, soap, shampoo, and conditioner now hang on the wall, replacing the individual "bottles" that used to be there. However, all the related supplies (toothbrushes, washcloths, shower caps, etc.) were constantly replenished. The minibar was also replenished. The TV in the room is built into the mirror. This might have been unusual three years ago, but now the TV looks very small, and the remote only works intermittently, and only at certain angles or when held at arm's length. I strongly recommend the hotel go through all the towels (white ones) – most of them are already gray and have become thin from wear and tear, and even frayed in places. The same goes for the beach towels. As always, the hotel has a lot of children. The beach has two areas (on the grass) with umbrellas and sun loungers. The larger one is for common guests, the smaller one is for adults only. So, this wonderful practice has been discontinued for the winter season. And all the areas were shared, with no separation. We were hoping to at least relax on the beach without the kids' frantic screams. We'd like to point out that the food in the restaurant remained high quality, and the cocktails were delicious. The baklava was simply amazing! The most delicious in all of Turkey!

It was an unforgettable vacation. The service was top-notch, friendly and responsive to any requests. And the pastry shop was incredible—very beautiful, varied, and incredibly delicious. The variety of drinks was enormous. I can recommend this hotel to everyone. Even in winter, it was a wonderful vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We especially appreciated the extra level of safety — when we took a taxi arranged through the hotel, the staff called the driver and spoke with us to ensure we were on the correct route and didn’t need any assistance. This thoughtful gesture made us feel genuinely cared for. The food, housekeeping, gym and other facilities were all good. A very special thank you to our guides, Alina and Larisa, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. They were always available, checked in regularly, helped us navigate the area, and ensured we felt safe and supported at every moment. Their warmth, professionalism, and dedication truly made our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

This was our 21st visit since 2012 and has been the most fabulous 10 days. The standards and service from the staff are exemplary. Special mentions to Mehmet Darling our assistant who was superb yet again. Also shout outs to Mehmet and Yusif in the Adult breakfast restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. Also thanks to Diego and Dogan (Chinese restaurant) who were fabulous, Vurkan and Tanju always available, Huseyin our Head Barman who is always professional. Thanks also go to Huysein in the fish restaurant for fabulous service and also Hamza in the Barroom for his gorgeous cocktails. A huge thank you also to Kibar who has served us in various bars over the years, it’s lovely to be back in touch. Finally a massive thank you to Emrah for his fantastic service, professionalism and also our daily coffee’s and chats. We can’t thank you enough for everything. We are already booked in again for next April and are counting down the days. I really can’t relay how fantastic and consistent the staff at this hotel are, which is mainly the reason we return.

We very nearly swapped hotels at the last minute but very glad we didn’t.! We travelled from the UK as a family of 5 with 3 children aged 6 and under. Took us a couple of days to suss the hotel out and find our favorite places to spend time but once we did, we didn’t want to come home. We stayed 10 nights and never left the hotel - the kids loved it and somehow we managed to relax too…. Without even using the kids club (which looked great btw just not many English speaking children). We had a family room in block B. They’re massive, and very practical for our age of kids… all on one level etc. We ended up spending a lot of time around the Laguna area as the variety pools there were perfect for our age of kids (although our 4 and 6 year olds also LOVED the waterslides in the main waterpark). All other areas are superb too… we were in the height of summer and it’s just no stress anywhere getting sunbeds etc. you could go to the main pool at 11.30am and take a pick. There is a really nice 30cm shallow pool for young ones at the main pool area which our 2 year old loved. The garden pool area is also lovely, practically empty and loads of beds with its own bar. I read on other reviews for similar priced hotels about the morning dash to book restaurants etc. All we did here was send a WhatsApp message to the group that is created for you with a request and it’s sorted within 30 mins. Some days we were asking for the same night, mid afternoon on the same day. And these places are dead at lunchtime even though there is zero surcharge (which are small anyway) over lunchtime hours. One day we just had the Mexican restaurant to ourselves. I think this is what made the whole place so relaxing, because nothing was at all stressful. You don’t have to think or plan ahead here. Special mentions as we were tremendously well looked after by Yusuf on his roller skates, Cumhur behind the bar and Necati all serving around the Laguna bar and snack. They made us feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. Cumhar’s drinks are . We don’t often return places but I think we’ll worry next year when picking somewhere that it doesn’t live up to this.

Everything was perfect. The food was varied and delicious. The hotel complex is beautiful and clean. There were various à la carte restaurants and activity areas (children's amusement park, gaming center, etc.). The service was excellent in every respect. The cleaning staff was very attentive and meticulous. We would like to sincerely thank Islam, Irina, and Yildan and the entire team at the Voyage Hotel. They were very helpful in every way and made our vacation unforgettable. We will definitely be back 😊

Voyage Belek Golf & Spa exceeded all our expectations! We travelled as a family with three kids, and there was truly something for everyone. The kids' club kept our little ones entertained for hours with activities and caring staff, while we got some relaxing time by the pool and spa. The food was outstanding, with options for every taste, and the variety kept us all happy. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome.
