Hotels with beach in Foca

Next time if I go Foca, I would like to definitely try the deluxe room. In front of the hotel there is a beach. You can swim in the sea but the water is wavy and there are a lot of dead moss

The cleanliness of the rooms is sufficient, but I think it would be better if a separate staff only takes care of the cleaning. A 10/10 hotel if you care about cleanliness and the arrangement of the beach

The beach is right in front of the hotel and the reason why we chose the hotel was that it had its own sun loungers and umbrellas

Maybe using the beach will be much more enjoyable if the hotel separates its own part and clears it of stones with a rake

Only the beach needs a little maintenance, unfortunately because of the public parts people are very prone to dirty it!

People were really friendly and helpful(especially Halil). Breakfast was really good one. It is in very central location. Everything that you need is nearby. Small shopping mall, restaurants, cafes, small hospital etc

very clean & easy going beach establishment. the sea and nature around are amazingly good. far the best spot for swimming in this area.

Cozy, family hotel with private beach. it has great breakfast and dining options. For more space and garden, you can book villas instead of hotel rooms here for a small extra cost.

Excellent place, but there is an interesting fact I have learned from the locals, they say the prices fluctuate, and they can change drastically to higher and lower figures.

It is a magnificent hotel that we checked in for 1 night and left in 3 nights. I can't say the employees, there is a complete family atmosphere. The hotel is like your own home

A nice and clean hotel, the rooms are new, there is a free public beach in front, the location is quiet, the breakfast is very good, the service staff is not bad, the boy named Ege is very helpful and hospitable.

We traveled with several families at the beginning of June for three nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel is located on the beach, about a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive from the town center

The hotel feels brand new, and the rooms are large and well equipped. The AC worked great, which was a great relief, and the minibar enabled us to keep our drinks and fruit cold

Bare in mind that the sea is deep and there's not much sand but grovel, yet i enjoyed. Try the beach just next to it. There you could find some sand

It is 30-40 meters from the sea, and it has a wonderful sea. You can enter either from the wooden pier or from the beach a little further on

Nice location and great view We stayed in the family room at the top floor with a balcony with great sea view. It was indeed at spectacular view. The room was good and comfortable. A plus for the wardrobe space

Close to the waterfront promenade, restaurants and all the attractions. Simple hotel, simple room, no kettle/water provided. Lovely breakfast, warm and caring staff. I would happily stay there again.

We did however had a problem with difficulties to close the water tap in the toilet. It tended to start dripping after closing it

We stayed for 1 night in Eski Foça, where we went for the first time. We entered a little late because the rooms were cleaned, the sea was visible from the balcony of the room we stayed in

Their Turkish coffee with sugar was outstanding. The owner is a handsome young hipster guy who went above and beyond to help us. His staff were colorful characters who added flavor to this establishment

We had two nights in this charming seaside town and we will return. The hotel is rustic and simple, clean, quiet and comfortable. Tbh we all agreed a few more nights would have been perfect 👌

First and most it was a great location very friendly service great breakfast with wonderful people and the owner and the owner son and everybody else work at the hotel Dave are very funny they were very nice they helped us a lot they directed us to a great beaches and a beautiful restaurants this is one spot me and my family will come over and over again thank you guys

The Karacam is an excellent hotel on the waterfront of Foca. Driving into Foca can be a challenge, but the hotel was helpful with directions and parking instructions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Family owned hotel. Very friendly staff. We felt just like at home. İt’s very dog friendly, this was a huge plus for us as we were travelling with our Frenchie. Definitely gonna visit again!

Hotel Karacam is set in an idyllic location, literally facing the sea and harboured boats and close walking distance to the main shopping area, restaurants and cafes

We spent time in Foça enjoying the perfect view with the perfect view on the beach. breakfast was not super super breakfast so maybe it was buffet. it was extremely delicious and a great breakfast by the sea

There is nothing that I can say was missing. Smiling face, clean room, seafront, hot water, air conditioning etc

We visited about 10 hotels/pension in the vicinity and the best price/performance was the villa my grandfather

We only stayed here for a night in the budget friendly rooms. It was small but the rest of the hotel was full even though it was mid September

The ladies who prepared our beautiful breakfasts each morning and cleaned our rooms were just lovely , friendly and delightful. The location is close to the beach, mini supermarket and 15 minutes to the town centre

Small pension near the center of focea, there are no accessible beaches because there is immediately the port, we could not have breakfast because we left very early

Very cute place, run by a very nice family. Prices are great, location perfect if you want a quiet night. Rooms are good for the price. And the breakfast is large and absolutely delicious. I would definitely go back!

As a boutique hotel, it exceeds expectations. Within walking distance of many swimming points. There is a big market 2-3 minutes away. Rooms are very clean and airy. Easy to find parking on the side street it is on

We (our family of 4) stayed at Iyon Pansiyon at the end of July 2023 in Room 10 (the biggest room available). Room size was ideal for our family, and space had exactly what we needed

Our room was really tight and we didn't have much room to move in it at all. Thankfully we were just looking for a bed for the night and if that's what you are looking for then this room is perfect

The building is beautiful, the staff where friendly, the location is great and close to everything. We got the room with a garden view. I would recommend upgrading to the sea view room if possible
