Cozy, family hotel with private beach. it has great breakfast and dining options. For more space and garden, you can book villas instead of hotel rooms here for a small extra cost.

Excellent place, but there is an interesting fact I have learned from the locals, they say the prices fluctuate, and they can change drastically to higher and lower figures.

It is a magnificent hotel that we checked in for 1 night and left in 3 nights. I can't say the employees, there is a complete family atmosphere. The hotel is like your own home

Lovely little location not too far from Old Foça. Very basic and simple rooms, you'd need to take your own toiletries but it's cosy, warm and very friendly. The hosts are great, so is the food and decent prices

I absolutely fell in love with this place the minute we came there! Very nice area, a lot of possibilities to relax, spacious rooms and amazing hosts! On top, home cooked meals and delicious home-made drinks

The only thing we disliked was that our bathroom had very strong smell, don’t know why. Our room had the sea view from the side of the hotel which was great

We only stayed here for a night in the budget friendly rooms. It was small but the rest of the hotel was full even though it was mid September

We felt very relaxed and rested here. We got to see the daily visits of the wild pigs ! Harmless. I loved the kittens and cats that visited us each day

It's a very modern clean bright lovely hotel we stayed for a few nights as we were on our way from Izmir to Assos so it was a nice stop over. Foca is a lovely little place with nice views and places to visit

Very friendly helpful staff.. Stairs very challenging no rails and no lift. Good position in town close to restaurants great coffee shop attached. Small cosy twin room.

We stayed in Foca at this Hotel as it was owned by our in-laws friends and it's right in the main Street of Foca overlooking the harbour

People were really friendly and helpful(especially Halil). Breakfast was really good one. It is in very central location. Everything that you need is nearby. Small shopping mall, restaurants, cafes, small hospital etc

I stayed in room 5, to be honest it was a little bit small and there was no bedside lamp in the room. These were the only small issues. I couldn't find empty deluxe room during my stay

Next time if I go Foca, I would like to definitely try the deluxe room. In front of the hotel there is a beach. You can swim in the sea but the water is wavy and there are a lot of dead moss

Although our standard rooms are a bit small, they are enough for two people with a good arrangement and the beds are extremely comfortable

Our holiday in September was pleasant and peaceful. The hotel is located within 1-2 minutes walking distance to restaurants and markets

The beach is right in front of the hotel and the reason why we chose the hotel was that it had its own sun loungers and umbrellas
