When we arrived one evening in early September and asked for a room, the price for a standard room was 600 and the price for a lux room was 750. Since the room was being cleaned, he only showed us the advertising video on his phone and introduced the room to us. We thought that it was already late and only a standard room would be sufficient. We were interested in the fact that they wanted to pay in advance and in cash, but we did not care. When we returned after eating, we found our room with the garbage in the bathroom not changed, the empty shampoo bottles still standing, and the toilet dirty. By the way, even though it was a standard room, there was not even enough space to open the suitcase. I look at the photos on the website and wonder if we went somewhere else. The size of the room was almost the size of the bed. I went downstairs and said that the room was not clean and asked for another room if it was available. They replied that it must have been overlooked while cleaning. Unable to understand how it was overlooked, they told us that if you give us the difference, we will change your room or clean it. The bathroom had been cleaned, but we were not convinced that the bed sheets and quilts had been changed. When we looked carefully, we collected several different strands of hair, but we ignored it because we were already tired. The plate given as breakfast was already inadequate and was just a deception. A pot of tea and a plate of 6 slices of bread. Let alone fruit juice, even water is not available. Meanwhile, we noticed that the table we were sitting at was dusty. When I wiped it with a napkin, I felt like my patience would run out. We finished it in a hurry and left. I read some of the previous comments. Some people also say that the cleanliness is perfect. Of course, I don't know their room, but based on my experience with the room and breakfast offered to me, I thought the staff was both inexperienced and indifferent. Also, the room given as a standard room was way below the standard. Of course I will not choose this hotel again. However, my purpose in writing about this experience is to inform those who are considering staying.
