We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The animation team was full of energy and made every day entertaining with fun activities and evening shows. The bars offered a wide selection of drinks, and the staff were always friendly and professional. The pool area was clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing under the sun. The restaurant served a great variety of delicious meals with something for everyone. At the reception, we were always greeted with a warm smile and helpful service, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday.
The only positives were the beaches and pool areas, which were decent, and the staff, who were polite but never really helpful or genuinely friendly. Unfortunately, everything else was well below standard.
The biggest let-down was the food and cleanliness. The main restaurant was filthy: tables, windows, and the grill area were dirty, and even the glasses and plates were often stained. The buffet itself was grim – mostly watery stews, poorly grilled meat (often inedible), and a few fresh salads. Nothing looked appetising, and most of it was completely tasteless. It honestly made us lose our appetite. The à la carte restaurants were no better: food was left sitting on the tables in 30-degree heat before guests arrived, and even once served, it was just as bad.
The rooms were spacious, but one of the beds was broken. Housekeeping was very superficial, and the towels were old and grey. Outside the room, the corridor smelt awful – like boiled meat – and we often had to cover our noses just to get through. Sleeping wasn’t easy either, as the loud music from the nearby clubs carried on well into the night.
None of the hotel’s social media photos show the food or restaurant, and now I understand why.
All in all, I would strongly advise against staying here. Travel agencies should stop promoting this hotel until it actually makes improvements to match the 5-star rating it claims to have.
This is our third time here, and we absolutely love it! The animation team is full of energy and keeps the atmosphere fun and lively all day. The food is fantastic – fresh, tasty, and with lots of variety. The pool area is beautiful and always buzzing with good vibes and music. We keep coming back because this place has everything for a perfect holiday. Highly recommended!
We have been arguing with the reception and hotel stuff for two days now. We asked to cancel and our money back, but they said no. No feedback we got from the hotel administration.
We want better rooms or a different hotel because we cannot stay here as here is poor sanitation. This has ruined our vacation.

On top of that, the staff are incredibly rude. They pull faces when you ask for something and are often glued to their phones.
During lunch, staff watch you as you fill your plate and whisper among themselves.
The food is cold and average, and the rooms are outdated.
Activities & facilities = excellent, lawn boules, pool aerobics, night entertainment, efforts made for activities for young children and teenagers is great. There is a pool with lots of music and a 24hr bar or a “relax” pool which is quieter
Food & drink = is delicious and there are a lot of choices for all tastes, the restaurant is on the rooftop with beautiful views.
Rooms = we had a relax room which was lovely, the cleaners were thorough and made towel art regularly which was a nice touch.
I did read some bad reviews before coming however if you are expecting a 5 star super hotel you won’t get that here as it could probably do with a lick of paint - that’s my only negative. The hotel is more boutique and quiet, the gardens are beautiful, the views are amazing and the staff make this place what it is. Personally I would return. Thank you for a lovely holiday ♥️

Food is nice but very repetitive and cold.sandwich maker would be good addition throughout day.

Relax pool area was loud with music playing.some of the lyrics were rude.
