We spent a week here and have just got back. We booked a clubroom but were upgraded to a hotel room on arrival as I have mobility issues and those rooms were closer wuth less stairs. This resort is extremely nice. I travel the world, in Turkey a lot and this hotel is really one of the best when you look at Location, Price, Service and the people are lovely. the location of the hotel is brilliant it is just right off the *****, i’ve been to gumbet 6 times and stayed in the shark three times and i wouldn’t not stay in any hotel other than the shark. david is so welcoming and will always accommodate to ur needs. all the staff in the shark are so friendly and respectful they will always try and get you down to the beach clubs. the rooms are cleaned everyday...

Hotel clean and tidy,staff were brilliant. The only thing was the food,its was dismal I have never eaten so badly,the choices were very poor and food wasn’t hot just warm.what was on offer reflects the all inclusive deal,very cheap and tasteless offering.Don’t think we will do all inclusive again.

There hotel and facilities were beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety to choose from. The spa was lovely with a luxurious Turkish bath, sauna, steam room and relaxation area. I also had a massage, and I must say Yuni, the therapist (who also gave the Turkish bath) was top rate!

Absolute perfection, they've got it all! The delightful fragrance in the reception area was a lovely touch. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. The cocktails at the lobby bar were superb! Just back from risa hotel very clean hotel staff and management were so helpful food was amazing catered for everyone I agree with some of the comments regarding the rooms yes they needed updating but they were very clean any slight issue manager dealt with it was always very helpful would highly recommend

I had an amazing experience at the Risa Hotel whilst away on holiday. The staff were most polite individuals and helpful with all queries. Nice beach with not enough space for 20% of the guests. Also good pool with space for like 2% of the guests. Food was poor for All inclusive hotel, especialy if you are vegeterian. The hotel is located in a prime location next to many bars, restaurants and shops. And about 10 minutes from Bodrum. All the staff and in the hotel are friendly and helpful. It's a busy hotel, you see they work hard. The only negative point is that there is a big club close to the hotel, which disturbs you too much in the evenings.

The good thing about this hotel is that you can enjoy pool , water slides and beach. But the rooms aren't that clean

Perfect hotel at a very good location. The service was also great! Food was delicious and the staff was cleaning all the time and making sure we have everything we need. Better service than most 4 stars hotels, for sure. :)
