Veltur Small Beach in Turgutreis

I was not living in the hotel, just visited the beach. The beach is beautiful, clean, nice sand. But, prior to entering I’ve asked several times regarding the conditions, they have informed me that the sun bad is 50 TL but it’s counts like a deposit and I can take food for at least this price. When I was leaving the beach, they have charged for the food and extra 50 TL for the sun bad. After a not nice communication they agreed to cross out the 50 extra that they counted, saying in Turkish “ Sus“ not nice things to me. Be ready that such can happen with you.

I did not stay at the hotel therefore I am only leaving a review for the private beach. The private beach itself is pretty, of course it is Türkiye. My sisters and I were there for about 6 hours and our mother was with us initially but had to leave due to water issues at our beach house. Before she left she ordered us a plate of fries and asked how much our bill is. They told my mom 60 lira which made sense. My sisters and I did not order anything else. When we went to pay our bill, they told us 75 lira. We didn’t feel comfortable starting issues so we paid that and when we got home my mother asked how much we paid and when she found out she was livid. We did not go back the rest of the summer as I did not feel comfortable being there at all. Again, this is only the private beach that I am referring to. Beware those who cannot speak fluent Turkish
