Reviews
The buildings, facilities, rooms and furniture are very tired and showing bad signs of neglect.
The advert pictures shown on their site is at least 5 years out of date and not a true image of the hotel in its current state; and is clearly a case of false advertisement.
The hotel was actually due to close while we were there and was not actually available for us to stay at for the last 2 days of our holiday.
They arranged for us to stay at another hotel, but we has no idea where as poor English spoken and just asked to get in the taxi.
Also below is a list of options on your site that were not complete or even possible:
Room service - not an option.
English speaking staff - maybe 10% spoke 10 words of English, half the time we would get the wrong drink from bar staff.
TV in room was useless as no English channels.
Minibar - water should of been topped up each day but never happened.
Room only had floor swept once, never actually cleaned properly.
Had to ask for toilet roll as never replenished.
The bar in the building we were staying was closed.
On the last day of our stay at the hotel, all sunbeds and outside tables were removed so we were unable to sit outside.
Staff: Difficult communication - 99% do not speak English. Preferences for Turkish-speaking customers and disdainful attitude towards the rest.
Food: Repeated at every meal - breakfast, lunch, dinner. Almost no typical foods for the country. Insufficient supply for the number of vacationers. No refilling of the buffet when it runs out, simply removing the empty trays, the first ones win baklava or kadayif, the last ones look at the empty trays. Lack of enough fruit for every meal. As I said, it is not replenished and the empty ones are replaced with full ones.
Beach: Dirty and uncleaned beach, the sea is full of stones, quite unpleasant if you don't have special shoes for the purpose. Pool relatively clean water and sand on the bottom.
Rating: Does not correspond to the 5 star advertising of the hotel. The only good thing was the view from the room terrace to the sea and the island opposite.
After all, we came for nice sand and sea, the emblematic delicious Turkish food..... unfortunately we did not get what we hoped for.
I would not recommend and I would not repeat.
Stars: 1 out of 5
Rooms
The rooms are filthy. They re use the pillow cases when requesting a clean room. And then leave pillows without any pillow cases
The shower was broken initially and I had to fix it for the duration. The floors are filthy with a fine blanket of dust. The bidet is also broken. Numerous people I have spoken to say the same about the condition of the rooms.
Food. Wow.
The food is atrocious. I never normally moan about food but this is sold as a 5* all inclusive. The food is served cold. The rice is still uncooked. All the food is bland. Not something I was expected from Turkey. The drinks are flat, service in the bar by the pool is terrible. There is a bar man with longish hair who is rude to customers.
Service
Poor. Firstly when we were being shown to our room, he informed us that the safe doesn’t work. Right, great start.
We never knew where all the facilities were and had to ask other customers about where things are around the hotel and how to book
À la carte.
Not enough staff in the restaurants to keep the tables clean.
We asked if a high chair could be cleaned by one of the staff members. They grabbed a napkin from the table and brushed all the old food off.
Pool area
The pool itself is reasonably clean. It does however have a high level of salt.
Lots of trip hazards around the pool.
The only saving grace for this hotel is that the people who do the entertainment, photography and water sports are really friendly and helpful. But this could be because they are trying to earn their money which is service you expect.
No staff members will go above and beyond to even deserve a tip which is sad.
If this resort is to ever get back to 5* standards. They should manage this better, listen to people’s opinions and actually do something about it.
If I was to ever be invited back to this resort. I would refuse unless something drastically changed.
The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
The location is excellent with a very relaxing atmosphere.
The food was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort and a memorable experience.🥰
When I first checked into my room, I was horrified to find it was filthy. The floors were sticky, there was a thick layer of dust on every surface, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was mold in the shower, hair all over the sink, and a foul smell that was impossible to ignore. I felt like I had walked into a health hazard, not a hotel room.
I immediately complained to the front desk, and they assured me that someone would be up to clean it right away. Well, “right away” turned out to be **six days**! For six long, miserable days, I was forced to stay in this revolting room. Every day I went down to the front desk to remind them, and every day they gave me the same empty promise that someone would clean my room. It was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.
Finally, after nearly a week, they sent someone to clean, and when I say “clean,” I use that term very loosely. They did a half-hearted job at best, barely wiping down the surfaces and ignoring the obvious messes. It was so pathetic that I ended up having to go out, buy my own cleaning supplies, and clean the room myself! Can you believe that? I paid for a hotel room and ended up scrubbing the floors and disinfecting everything just to feel somewhat comfortable.
To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive whenever I tried to get help. They acted like I was the problem for expecting a basic level of cleanliness and hygiene. I can't believe a place like this is still in business.
If you value your health, your sanity, and your money, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this dump. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Total waste of money.
The foods were delicious. Out room was clean, but didn’t have a good toilet , although it was acceptable.
The dirty cups and glasses remained at the back of the door of rooms for long time ( like pictures), because of few numbers of house keeping personnels who made their responsibilities the best they can. We should not blame them, but should their manager and bosses.
The lobby was ok but it was an old-fashioned one. Old and slow lifts which must be renewed.
One the most important items was it’s hygienic issue regarding to foods, since we got diarrhea, while we were not sure how and by which material we got infected.
The hotel location was good but so far from center and cost a lot to visit center.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay but in a 4-star hotel , not a 5-star one!
Really nice pool leading to the beach, very close and the large jetty is lovely. You don't even touch the beach. It's from the walkway.
Air conditioning in the room is a bit rubbish and dated.
After our first day my wife and I contracted pneumonia and were rushed to hospital. Still in hospital now. Please make sure you have decent travel insurance.
We've only been in for two nights and it's already nearly 10 thousand euros. Wow!
Hope you don't get ill and have a wonderful holiday.
It's a beautiful hotel with everything you need. Staff are nice and friendly
