We stayed for 4 nights late October and there are many reasons to recommend this hotel. It's a beautiful setting, with a low rise beautiful modern design built into the hillside, far away from anything, and didn't feel busy at any time. Very nice hotel, big and nice room very confortable, nice breakfast, nice staff and beautiful dog Panda! Beach is very comfortable water is clean. Restaurants are very expensive..... I forgot my diamond ring in my room. Two weeks later, I couldn't find it at home, so I contacted the hotel. They found the ring!!! Thank you to the entire team for finding my ring. I did receive my ring at home in Switzerland...

From the moment I arrived nothing was too much trouble , the staff were very warm and friendly and any request was promptly dealt with . The facilities were excellent and the beaches - all three private , were spotlessly clean with many staff to help out when required. The hotel's ambiance, the location of the area, and the view are magnificent. I really liked the rooms and the fine details inside. I looked at the spa menu and will definitely try it on my next trip. Breakfast was good. The staff are attentive.

Outstanding all round! Biggest spa in Europe! Expert practitioners. Lots of restaurant choice and wellness activities. Beautiful private beach and views.

Just recently got back. Family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children. Lots of slides and water park for the kids which they all enjoyed. Food was ok, although quite repetitive. Snacks throughout the day. I was on vacation at this hotel in September, flying in from Poland. The hotel is beautifully located, right on the beach. The hotel offers many attractions, two water parks, great water slides, daily entertainment staff who organized various activities for adults, and the kids' club with a Polish animator was a real hit. Absolutely fantastic holiday! The location was stunning, the staff were brilliant, and the vibes all round were top-notch. Big shoutout to the animation team, Onur and Vintra especially – they were sound and really made the days fun. Loved the volleyball games especially – such a great way to meet people and have a laugh. The whole trip was just spot on. Would definitely go back!

The most entertaining holiday we ever had. Foods were amazing. Service was legendary. Rooms were as clean as like they have fell from the heaven. And the entertainment was flawless and perfect. Entertainer Vyntra did excellent job with making our holiday! We will definitely come back !

Went for a little three day holiday whilst staying in Akbuk. Room was spacious and well appointed .Slippers and toiletries provided .Fridge stocked with soft drinks. Food was plentiful and tasty. Lots of choice. The position is second to none with stunning views over the bay. We were there in the fall, off-season. The hotel wasn't very busy. It was adequate for our needs.

Very friendly and helpful staff in this hotel! It is a good price-quality ratio.

The concept is nice annd the Apt was on 2nd floor. The apt was was barely equipped and beds were mattresses only. The bathroom had a leak in the ceiling and the caulking around the shoe was brown and dirty(stained) There is a mosque across the street which is pretty to look at but will wake you at 5 for prayer.

Since I have been there before, I went again with peace of mind. I also benefited from the sea this season. The staff was friendly and fulfilled everything we wanted immediately. Having a separate section for men and women is very important for us. We benefited from the bath and the pool. I am looking forward to my next visit. Could have been described more accurately Nice large well equipped room. Away from the town and seafront, no restaurant or breakfast offered. No alcohol was a surprise as was the very loud mosque the other side of the road.

Good hotel for vacation with very good staff. Its near the beach, have pool and slides. The food is good and have every night animation program.

The hotel is good. The staff is pretty cool and they have a good attitude towards the guests. Their food is very tasty. They also have animators who constantly entertain guests with entertaining games. I recommend the hotel!
