Six Senses Kaplankaya in Akbuk

Very nice hotel, big and nice room very confortable, nice breakfast, nice staff and beautiful dog Panda!
Beach is very comfortable water is clean.
Restaurants are very expensive.....
I forgot my diamond ring in my room. Two weeks later, I couldn't find it at home, so I contacted the hotel.
They found the ring!!! Thank you to the entire team for finding my ring.
I did receive my ring at home in Switzerland.
What I didn't appreciate was that they didn't contact me directly when they found my ring and also that I had to pay to receive it.
I think Six Senes has the option of sending forgotten items free of charge because we pay a lot for the room; it's not just for sleeping, but for good service.

We stayed for 4 nights late October and there are many reasons to recommend this hotel. It's a beautiful setting, with a low rise beautiful modern design built into the hillside, far away from anything, and didn't feel busy at any time. I get the impression this is something Six Senses works hard at. We had lovely weather which helps as the hotel has two main sandy beaches. Oddly the family beach is a walk away (and loads of kids stuff is provided). There are two pools that I saw with only a few sunbeds but since most people were at the beach it didn't bother me. Our room (5010) on the reception floor was gorgeous with a massive bathroom and massive windows. Separate dressing room area. There are lifts but different amenities are on each of the 5 floors. The gym is HUGE and really well equipped and it has a separate reformer Pilates studio, yoga studio, spin studio, and the largest spa in Europe. We had a massage each and I had a facial, both faultless. The relaxation area is lovely too and there are both separate women and unisex spa facilities. Staff are super helpful without being in your face. Everyone was kind and lovely. The only reason I've rated 4 star rather than 5 is the food. Just to be clear, the food quality was excellent and both breakfast and the beach restaurant were exceptional but I thought the dinner menus were poorly designed leading with one ingredient (we live in London and I realise many top restaurants currently do the same) and a couple of evenings I really didn't fancy anything based on the descriptions but the food was lovely when it arrived. As it's towards end of season a fair few ingredients / dishes / wines were not available (eg no edamame on the Asian menu). Overall a lovely experience.

From the moment I arrived nothing was too much trouble , the staff were very warm and friendly and any request was promptly dealt with . The facilities were excellent and the beaches - all three private , were spotlessly clean with many staff to help out when required. The highlight of my stay was the best beach at Anhinga which was straight out of a treasure island , but just a 15 minute drive on the shuttle bus - but was still on the hotel’s property!! Stayed on a half board basis and the food was exceptional. You could easily have lived off the breakfast all day. !!!!

The hotel's ambiance, the location of the area, and the view are magnificent. I really liked the rooms and the fine details inside. I looked at the spa menu and will definitely try it on my next trip. Breakfast was good. The staff are attentive.

Outstanding all round! Biggest spa in Europe! Expert practitioners. Lots of restaurant choice and wellness activities. Beautiful private beach and views.

Me and my wife had an out of this world experience at the Six Senses Kaplankaya. From the moment we arrived to the time of our departure, we were fully taken care of. Anzhelika was our contact for our stay and went out of her way to ensure we were always in good hands- she truly turned our trip from good to amazing! Our room, the ease of travel from one point to another in the resort, the beaches and food were all beyond our expectations. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and I am looking forward to coming again!

This resort is exceptional. The staff hit the balance between excellent service in a relaxed manner. Nothing is too much trouble from anyone on the staff. The private GEM concierge service is fantastic. They respond almost instantly and sort out all dinner reservations and anything else you might want. The food is delicious and very healthy and clean too f anything ultra processed. Breakfast is full of variety and everyone’s gut biome is definitely looked after from ginger shots, spinach smoothies to baked omelettes and micro salads. That said there is variety of anything you might wish to eat at all the different restaurants. At the beach, home made pizza in the wood burner/burgers in brioche buns and Karrage chicken (my absolute favourite). Alcohol is expensive. It’s of a very good standard, there is lots of choice, it is served beautifully but it costs. This didn’t stop us enjoying it though! The highlights are -the massive/high end gym -The beautiful top class Spa (our Hamman and balancing massage couples experience was world class).my husband and I always treat ourselves to couples treatments wherever we go-and this spa is up there with the best. -The Japanese restaurant-Michelin trained chef who also worked in Japan. The sushi and Katsu Chicken absolutely stunning

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our second visit, and once again it was absolutely wonderful! The food was amazing, the beach was stunning, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Bushra and Taha who looked after us so well and made our stay extra special. We truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Amazing experience all around – we will definitely be coming back again!

This was planned as a proposal trip to my now-fiancé. Bushra and Taha helped me to create the perfect experience. Their attention to details, reactivity, friendliness and professionality made this a unique stay that we'll remember for the rest of our lives. I had very specific ideas and everything was made possible by them. Also a big thank you to Cihan! The hotel has beautiful rooms, there is a high focus on cleanliness and the facilities are huge. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the food, the sun and the beach.
