Reception – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Excellent first impression. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. Check-in was quick, with minimal waiting time. We appreciated their thoughtful gesture of inviting us to have lunch before assigning our room, as the buffet was about to close. Checkout was equally smooth and well-handled.

Lobby and Lobby Bar – ⭐⭐⭐
The lobby area is quite small for a hotel of this size and often crowded with guests checking out. It feels a bit isolated and lacks the grand atmosphere expected of a five-star property. The lobby bar is also small, with a limited selection of drinks and not ideal for relaxing or taking photos. Staff were polite but not particularly attentive or engaging.

Room Cleaning / Room Service – ⭐⭐
Housekeeping was the most disappointing aspect of our stay. The toilet was not cleaned even once during our one-week visit, and the minibar was not restocked with water, despite hotel information stating it would be. We weren’t too affected because water was available elsewhere in the hotel, but this level of service is not acceptable for a five-star rating.

Overall Impression – ⭐⭐⭐ (Realistically 4-Star)
While some areas like entertainment, the spa, and aquapark were excellent, the overall experience did not meet five-star expectations. The resort layout is compact and convenient — ideal for guests who prefer short walking distances — but service, food hygiene, and facilities were below par.
At best, this is a 4-star property. It could be improved with better housekeeping, more attentive staff, and maintenance upgrades.

Just recently got back. Family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children. Lots of slides and water park for the kids which they all enjoyed. Food was ok, although quite repetitive. Snacks throughout the day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely views from the beach, hammocks were a nice touch.
Evening entertainment was of good quality and varied.
The wasps were annoying at the snack bar which is one of my only negatives. The other being the on-site shop which was very expensive.
Overall, we had a lovely time, would recommend to other families. We might be back again next year.

I was on vacation at this hotel in September, flying in from Poland. The hotel is beautifully located, right on the beach. The hotel offers many attractions, two water parks, great water slides, daily entertainment staff who organized various activities for adults, and the kids' club with a Polish animator was a real hit. The daily "Showtime" shows were brilliant and a delight to watch. We really enjoyed the food and everything else. As for the bar, the drinks were generally good everywhere, but the best I've had were made by Bartender Emin. I've been to many bars, but he's truly the nicest bartender in the world 🙏🏻😁; his drinks were brilliant, and I enjoyed them the most. The only negative thing I can find is that some of the rooms need renovation; other than that, everything was great.

Absolutely fantastic holiday! The location was stunning, the staff were brilliant, and the vibes all round were top-notch. Big shoutout to the animation team, Onur and Vintra especially – they were sound and really made the days fun. Loved the volleyball games especially – such a great way to meet people and have a laugh. The whole trip was just spot on. Would definitely go back!

The most entertaining holiday we ever had. Foods were amazing. Service was legendary. Rooms were as clean as like they have fell from the heaven. And the entertainment was flawless and perfect. Entertainer Vyntra did excellent job with making our holiday! We will definitely come back !

I stayed here for a short time this summer with my family and it is really a great hotel. The staff are always friendly and always ready to help. With its pools and activities, it is a paradise of entertainment especially for children. The food is always fresh and unlimited with delicious examples of Turkish cuisine. The sea is clear and the pools are always spotlessly clean. With countless lifeguards, your children are safe even if they want to use the pool alone. As a family, we enjoyed the facility and the quality of service very much and we would like visit again.

Went for a little three day holiday whilst staying in Akbuk. Room was spacious and well appointed .Slippers and toiletries provided .Fridge stocked with soft drinks. Food was plentiful and tasty. Lots of choice. The position is second to none with stunning views over the bay. Water Park for the children is brilliant and animation team are busy all day.If I am being picky the tables in the dining room have seen better days and could do with replacing but Would definitely recommend .

It was the best vacation I've had recently. Especially the reception, the welcoming and friendly staff, it all makes you feel completely at home. I had an enjoyable and safe vacation with my spouse and entire family. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the food was delicious, and the animation was entertaining. The warm behavior of all the staff and the service they provided made us feel like we were in a very sincere environment. Being in touch with nature and the sea was magnificent. I especially recommend it to all my friends who want to take a vacation.

Just spent 1 week at Long Beach and had a fantastic time. Firstly, the whole facility was clean and we had housekeeping come to turn over our room each day. It’s a lovely hotel and they even have water sports on the beach at the front of the hotel. The staff are amazing, they couldn’t do any more for you. The animation team are great, my 11 year old had great craic with them each day by the pool. The water park was a massive hit, such a variety of slides for all ages. Food in the snack bar was really good, would definitely recommend eating here for lunch or early dinner. There’s a great atmosphere by the pool and the entertainment in the evenings is definitely worth watching. Overall we had a fantastic holiday
