• The room was large but very dark, and the bathroom was quite bad.
• Breakfast was good, but dinner was tasteless and of low quality! Overall, the hotel felt deserted—quiet and lacking any excitement or fun. I wouldn’t recommend it for enjoying yourself or for good food.

The termal pools were not working (we were told their system broken 3 days ago and repair will take longer. I preferred this hotel for this option which is best and only pool use for 65 yrs old mother. There was no information on their website about this issue, and I would not select this hotel if I would know it. This was a gift holiday to my mother and she could not swim anymore during our 3 days stay. Disappointed

- The need to fight with the service staff to keep our plates during dinner time
- No free drinks during dinner time, only water
- While there are a lot of options for breakfast and dinner, none of them are very good
- Beaches are rocky, hard for kids to play

Great location with free parking and best buffet breakfast. The staff were exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive. This hotel feels more like Hawaii then Turkey absolutely stunning views of the sea from sea view room.
