The termal pools were not working (we were told their system broken 3 days ago and repair will take longer. I preferred this hotel for this option which is best and only pool use for 65 yrs old mother. There was no information on their website about this issue, and I would not select this hotel if I would know it. This was a gift holiday to my mother and she could not swim anymore during our 3 days stay. Disappointed

Great location with free parking and best buffet breakfast. The staff were exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive. This hotel feels more like Hawaii then Turkey absolutely stunning views of the sea from sea view room.
