In the evening you can listen to music at the bar. A very large selection of dishes, pizza, fries, salads, yogurts, fish. The staff is also very helpful and smiling, especially the very nice Mrs

You can spend time here but the path behind the hotel leads to a majestic part of Datça. The hotel is seaside and includes great breakfast. Rooms were clean and air conditioned. Pool was nice as well.

We had the best pool and sea view from the hotel. It also has a very nice seaside running path just in front of the the hotel. Would highly recommend this Hotel!

And spent 3 days just hanging out at the hotel. Had lunch and drinks by the pool. It’s a very relaxing and chill place. 15 minute walk into town centre. We will definitely be staying here again

I you want a warm and laidback place where the sea is right in front of your doorstep this is the place to be. Though there are not any night time attractions here

I stayed here long before it became more commercialised, the hotel staff were friendly and attentive, I slept well in what admittedly was a very small single room but it was extremely competitively priced

The room was specious and very clean; so was the bathroom. Olives they served were from the garden of the hotel. The hotel was in walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops

The breakfast is delicious and the staff are helpful. This hotel in Old Datça also has a swimming pool. There is an alcoholic beverage service. (vegan, vegetarian and soft drinks)

They are very friendly, sociable and solved a serious problem of ours that we had not made a reservation through their hotel, but they worked for 2 days and solved it so well that I can't describe it

Reasonable prices with great breakfast and good food. They are keen on keeping the standards since the hotel is built. There aren't many rooms but the neighbour hotels are crowded and are making the sea less comfortable

I think the lunch menu could be more extensive. I thought the pool was small, but it's almost always empty. I thought there wouldn't be enough sunbeds, but not even half of them are full

You can get to the beach either by car (1 minute) or on foot (5 minutes). The municipality has social facilities, parking, and food services. Other hotels have sunbeds by the sea. You can bring a camping chair

Two sunbeds and one umbrella cost 1000 lira at the business. But you can easily bring your own umbrella, tent, chair, and table. The sandy beach and sea are crystal clear

Standard rooms are also quite large and sufficient. Breakfast was open buffet and hot products were delicious. Breakfast is served in the restaurant section by the pool. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Karaincir beach

Breakfast was included, but since we were there at the end of the season, there was only a sparse buffet. The food on the menu was always delicious, especially the fish dishes. The beach is easy to reach and clean

You can buy your own drinks from the supermarket and stock them in the fridge, especially water. Cleaning is available upon request. Everything from fruit to pastries is available. There's a menu for lunch and dinner

My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying here. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I like that there were a lot of lounge beds for everyone near the pool and dock

The burgers are amaaaaaaazing! We did stay close to the pool and the music woke us up very early but we also like to sleep in, so we didn’t mind

It’s hard to find that in datca- we will be returning:) Our only con was that the pool is like 6ft deep the whole way and so you can’t stand at any time without being underwater

Something to know for children; there is a small little pool for them but the big one definitely will be swimming only

It's absolutely breathtaking! The pools, the night entertainment, oh, we all love it! My kids had a blast! We enjoy walking and this is the best place. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach

Actually, they mistakenly given me the wrong room, but i explained my special occasion and the manager and her assistants has given every bit of their effort to correct the situation. That was something i couldn't forget

A quaint hotel overlooking the beach and sea. The marine is within walking distance. unfortunately this time of the year most restaurants and entertainment is rather limited. The cold rainy weather doesn't help either

We stayed at Deniz Hotel at the height of tourist season for a few days in late July/early August. I would highly recommend it for anyone travelling to Datca

The service at the hotel was really exceptional, particularly providing assistance with parking behind the hotel, which was crowded as it was high season and in general with small requests and questions about the area

The only issue I had was that I paid extra for a room with a sea view but was allocated a room with a partial sea view.

Cons: Rooms are pretty old and you can tell in the bathroom specifically, seems to be molds/stains in corners that are pretty much permanent. No bad smells though and the shower got nice and hot

Also, when I booked this it said that the hotel provides airport shuttle, but when I asked the desk about it they said no and just told me a name of a shuffle company for me to call

I don’t speak Turkish, which the shuttle website is all in Turkish, so that wasn’t helpful. I had to consult a Turkish friend to figure out the shuttle back to Dalaman situation

If you get to stay at these modern apartments at a cheap price (around 40 euro in September 2022) you have snagged a bargain. Large, clean and comfortable with a decent balcony and all mod cons

What an experience ! First of the view my room had was to die for. All their rooms seem to face the harbor… The room was rather large and clean

You can go down to the central place by stairs, so you do not need to use your car all the time. We came across his room overlooking the sea, and we were pleased with the view

HAKAN was super helpful with my both hotel and town needs and didn’t mind to go the extra mile to help. I also had breakfast at their sister hotel. I would say best homemade style breakfast around

My only complaint, I was charged for a sea view and it didn’t have one I paid about 10 euros more

The hotel is right in the center, very close to the sea. There is a municipality's parking lot in front of it, we can provide discounts. The rooms are renovated and spotlessly clean. I would prefer it again.

Since the hotel is in the center, it is within walking distance of many places. There are markets, places to eat, coffee shops, taverns and bars around. Of course, these are also within walking distance

It won't disappoint for short stays. The only major issue is the lack of parking. You'll be lucky if you find a spot in the municipal parking lot out front. That's 300 TL per night, as of August 2025

This hotel is my & my family's favorite holiday place. Just at the sea coast and it has a private beach. They have very good staff and good organization, they have live jazz every night. Thanks for all.

It is/was not easy to find quality in Turkey. This hotel meets all my quality requirements. The rooms are great, on the smaller side, but given the location it is fine. The beach access is , imo, the best in town

It has multiple levels carved on a bluff. The view at the top is spectacular. The dining area overlooks the pool and it also has a great view
