I don't know about the hotel, but the beach is amazing. It's perfect for kids. The water is no more than half a meter deep up to 30-40 meters from the beach. Plus, I think the water here is the cleanest in Turkey. By the way, the beach and the beach are right next to the Doris Hotel.

For me, this is a great hotel on a beautiful beach! The staff is very friendly and efficient on the beach and in the restaurants, including the beach and pool area. The rooms are very beautiful, comfortable, and clean. At first, you might feel a bit uneasy due to the less-than-warm welcome. They also have excessive cost controls, and you might find things a bit annoying... but if you balance the advantages and beauty of the hotel and the location, you'll 100% forgive everything. This is a highly recommended place, and we will definitely return many times.

The hotel's location is excellent. It has its own private beach, which is quite clean and well-maintained. It's not crowded, and the water is beautiful. The breakfast was the best I've ever had. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel, and the food was delicious and affordable. They have a great atmosphere for dinner. The staff is incredibly kind and caring. It was truly the best vacation of my entire life. The room was clean and beautiful. The view from the balcony was magnificent.

We had a wonderful vacation of 4 nights and 5 days. Despite the flight disruptions, they were very accommodating and extended our reservation without any problems. We would like to thank Ms. Songül and Mr. Atilla for helping us with this situation. The rooms and cleanliness are also very good. The cool Datça evenings are very pleasant on the balconies of each room. The hotel is located in a beautiful bay, and the beach is clean even on windy days. The company's staff is always responsive and always smiling. We would like to thank Mr. Selçuk for his coordination. The dishes are of a certain quality due to the establishment's experience. You may not even need to book a table for the evening. This is one of the best businesses I've seen for those looking for a relaxing and beautiful vacation. Selçuk Bey told us about the arrival of a person who came. Perhaps we can return next year :)

This is the fifth summer we as a family are choosing Doris Hotel. Not the less crowded or silence maybe, but one of the best beach and food and as a plus the sea isn't achromatic unlike its neighbors. Reasonable prices with great breakfast and good food. They are keen on keeping the standards since the hotel is built. There aren't many rooms but the neighbour hotels are crowded and are making the sea less comfortable. Still my favorite regarding the guality and the standards we like.

A very family friendly hotel, the breakfast is very delicious. The whole hotel is constantly kept clean. The beach and sea is amazing, the only beach with sand in Datça. Only the wifi is quite bad and doesn‘t always connect.

Almost 300eur per room/day: but you cant have hot water in bathroom for your painful neck (painful neck: they take the towel away from you when you go to your room after swimming on a super windy day - no towels allowed in the rooms) and no tool whatsoever when you need a small needlework.
The pool is closed by 7pm.. yes 7 pm.
They also seem occupied the public beach thanks to their good relationship with the local authority.

I was aware of the incident later in the day HOWEVER: In two days I needed hot water again (because you cant get rid of stiff neck that easily) in the morning: 9am-9:30am. And again no hot water. Later during the day it is availble, and it was availble on the incident day later. So the explanation given is invalid.
I totally believe that all paper work for the beach is done properly, but it doesnt mean righteous ;)
Towels: The guests who demand 3 times a day a new towel is the part the hotel should work on not to hold-up guests in the stormy wind and pick the towels up.
In a nutshell the hotel is desigened for the desires of the avaricious boss'.
The pool is closed by 7pm.. yes 7 pm.
They also seem occupied the public beach thanks to their good relationship with the local authority.

The room and food were quite good, but the overall service fell short of expectations. During my stay, the bar was already closed by around 00:05, which was disappointing. After that time, you can’t get anything to drink — not even plain water. (In Turkey, most people avoid tap water and prefer bottled water.) I had to boil tap water and make tea just to avoid going to bed thirsty. Fortunately, there were some tea bags and instant coffee provided in the room.
There’s no 24-hour reception, and the beverages available at the bar weren’t cold enough either. Because of that, I would rate the service a 2 out of 5.
I gave a 3 for the location, mainly because there’s no open market nearby after midnight — and believe me, you might need one if you stay here. That said, the natural surroundings are beautiful, assuming you’re okay with resting under an umbrella and a few palm trees when it’s 40°C outside.
The room itself gets a 4: it was comfortable enough, even in the heat. But having just two 33cl bottles of still water in the minibar(!?) — and nothing else — is simply not enough for that temperature.
To me, the overall rating of a hotel should be determined by its weakest link. Unfortunately, despite its great potential and beautiful setting, this hotel only gets a 2 from me — because of the service.

Loved it here. Beautiful beach and pool areas that are close to the rooms. The staff is very friendly and was willing to use Google translate with me. The owner was also very kind to me. Loved the gardens. Especially good for families. Great breakfast!
