Great hotel for reasonable price.
First of all would like to say huge thanks to all staff in hotel: very professional, they are always near and ready for assistance. Guys, you are the soul of Uslu hotel ❤️
Good location, has private beach with bar/restaurant service.
Breakfast - so far best experience in Turkey and EU : great choice of everything : vegetables, cheese, meat, drinks +fantastic view

This is THE place to stay in Datca. Staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. Location and grounds are fantastic. Rooms are clean and fairly spacious. Looking forward to our next stay with them.

WHAT A GREAT GENUINE TEAM with Baris' leadership, thank you Baris, Esma, Dogan, Arife, Emre, Ahmet and others ❤️ Detail oriented top notch service (remembering all small details, quick response time and service, etc.) that made our days staying here great! I visited here after staying at a 5-star hotel and I can tell you with 100% confidence that the hotel service at Uslu Hotel was way more impressive from their welcome to the last day of our stay.

MANAGEMENT can improve though, we've been informed their beach was private and ready to serve (the beach wharf was nothing like on the Instagram photos, it wasn't even built yet to stand on and they didn't want to put beach chairs because of the lockdown in Turkey - the lockdown was in place when we called too so we've been misinformed and the beach wasn't private that's why they were having issues putting the chairs there). We had to put towels on stones next to the trash (I had to question 2-3 days in a row before they sent someone to pick up the beer cans, etc.) and it was difficult to enter the sea without the wharf because of sea-urchins. They said the beach chairs would be there within a few days however they didn't put them at all during our stay in lockdown - 18 days.

The room we stay in has the daily minibar included (coke, fanta, etc.), I asked if it would be possible to replace these with a light coke because we don't drink the rest. After I reminded 2-3 times, we had one time replacement only. When I asked for the second time, the reception said they need to check in with the management and I haven't heard back so I gave up on it. This could be easily arranged for guests' satisfaction as light cokes are not expensive at all.

THE MOST IMPORTANTLY, while the hotel staff are amazing and with their masks on at all times. Management has no guidance on hotel guests. I felt very bothered everyone walking stairs/around without their masks and not being careful with distance. I shared this concern multiple times and they said they don't want to bother hotel guests asking them to put masks on inside. I was very disappointed with this approach. It should be business owners' responsibility to make sure public guidelines are followed, particularly when we're in a county wide lockdown! At the end this wouldn't only protect guests from each other but also the hotel staff from guests.

Overall, the hotel rooms are very comfortable with a bed you don't want to leave and the hotel view is like out of a post card scene. Amazing breakfast with a view of birds flying around the pool and the sea at the background. I loved the hotel and the staff (THANKS TO BARIS' LOVELY HARDWORKING TEAM AT THE HOTEL 🙂) working are very caring. Overall, I would recommend this hotel hoping the management reads this feedback and takes the above into consideration.
