I had the chance to stay at Fulya Pension for a few days and was generally quite satisfied. The pension rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, with adequate and functional furniture. The beds, in particular, are comfortable and improve the quality of your sleep. Breakfast is simple but fresh and sufficient, and the service was attentive. The pension's location is central, within walking distance of markets and restaurants, and also close to nearby attractions. The staff are helpful and provide quick responses; I didn't experience any problems. The price-performance ratio is quite good. I would say it's a comfortable, reliable, and suitable option for short stays.

The owner is a fatherly figure. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and have TVs and balconies. We come every year and are satisfied; I recommend it. Those who aren't satisfied should stay in a luxury hotel at this price. Old-style rooms might be acceptable, but what we need is humanity, cleanliness, and a friendly attitude, and all of that is there.

It was a guesthouse where we stayed for one night. I don't think the room was cleaned at all; both the bathroom (including the sink and toilet, it was very dirty. Even the trash can hadn't been emptied) and the bed (the bedspread had lots of stains and dust on it) were quite filthy. The lack of a refrigerator in the room was another issue. A plate was brought for breakfast, but it wasn't very hygienic. There were hairs, dust, and lint in the sealed containers. They had an attitude of "this is acceptable for the price," and the service was very poor considering the location. If you don't mind these things, it's in a very central location, but I wouldn't choose it again.

A beautiful hotel. Excellent value for money. The rooms are very clean. The lobby is lovely. The breakfast was good, a classic breakfast plate, but the staff were very attentive. We paid 3000 TL for three people, including breakfast. It's very close to the beach.

First of all, I congratulate the owner of the business for its cleanliness. Air conditioning, TV, wifi, refrigerator, comfortable beds, hot water are elements that increase comfort. Breakfast plates are prepared with the necessary care (just like at home). It is located in the middle of different beaches, close to the lake and the center. Fees are reasonable.

A value for money hostel
What is important to me is cleanliness, the rooms were clean even though they were old. The location of the hotel is very good, central to everywhere. The manager was very friendly and smiling, it gave me the atmosphere of the 90s for some reason :) The prices were not exaggerated..

The staff is so good, so friendly that I can't explain it. Great people. When we come to the hostel, there was no wardrobe in the room we were in (there was no hair dryer and refrigerator in the room), other than that, the cleaning of the room, the cleaning of the WC, the balcony and so on was very good, very clean and nice breakfast for the price Satisfying after 5/6 in the evening and morning tea treats available. Soap (foam) in the shower and in the same way for washing hands, there was even toilet paper in the room, its new unused location is very close to the beach and also close to the center.

We came for one night only to sleep, but we were very satisfied. Small but comfortable clean place. Breakfast is good, brewing tea. It's like a bit of self. Prices are reasonable. If you are going to Koycegiz, I recommend this friendly and clean hostel.
