I stayed at kaunos last year. Sadly the old manager died. The hotel has appointed a new manager,who has certainly spruced things up, everything is much cleaner, still a bit tatty, but given time he's going to do an excellent job. It was early season and there were few guests staying. We had chosen the hotel for its location - separated from Lake Kõycegik by only the promenade, and indeed the view was always spectacular from our balcony and the public areas of the hotel. Not all the staff spoke English but all were very helpful, and the minor problems in our ensuite room were briskly resolved by a very efficient and smiling...

First of all, I congratulate the owner of the business for its cleanliness. Air conditioning, TV, wifi, refrigerator, comfortable beds, hot water are elements that increase comfort. Breakfast plates are prepared with the necessary care (just like at home). It is located in the middle of different beaches, close to the lake and the center. Fees are reasonable.

A value for money hostel What is important to me is cleanliness, the rooms were clean even though they were old. The location of the hotel is very good, central to everywhere. The manager was very friendly and smiling, it gave me the atmosphere of the 90s for some reason :) The prices were not exaggerated..

We spend two nice day at the apartment. Everything was clean. It is quiet, in the center and just 5 minutes foot to go to the lake. The owner is very friendly and we could let our bikes in a safe place. We really recommend !

The room we stayed in was very big. It had an authentic look. There was air conditioning, hot water, wifi, towels, kettle, even cups and plates. Breakfast is not provided, but we brewed our tea with a kettle and had a nice breakfast in our room with bagels, cheese and olives that we bought from outside. Thanks for everything.

Had a wonderful week in autumn, away from the bustle of the city. Wonderful territory, comfortable accommodation. The host is an ideal master of his craft. I would like to separately note that it was nice to go fishing accompanied by Hussein. As a fisherman to fishermen I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is very close to the market, about 10-15 min walk into town. Lovely swimming pool. Turkish breakfast each morning and the twin room was fine for the money paid. Very few places that you visit need more stars than rating allows . Hotel Calbis is one of those rare instances. On talking to most , this is not their first visit. Boat trips with the hotel captained by Ali are again a must. Well worth the money & often sold out days before. From start to finish staff are warm, friendly & attentive.

Nice sprawling hotel in several multistory blocks of rooms set in spacious gardens incorporating 4 separate large swimming pools. One of these is designated adults only. There is a central large bar resturant facility this is airy spacious and light. Food is good with a good variety.

On the outskirts, so quiet but only 10 min walk to the north end of the town centre. Turkish style breakfast. More options when buying lunch. No evening meal service but you can get a take out delivered or there are two restaurants within 200 m. Four pools, all quiet and relaxing.

A very reasonably priced B&B run by a very nice man and in a good spot that's away from the hustle and bustle of Dalyan but close enough to make it accessible. The rooms are basic but clean, the breakfast bar has a good selection, and the pool area is a great place to relax. My advice is to take the time to talk to the staff and establish a friendship. Yavuz will always look after his friends.

A clean and pleasant hotel set in a lovely gardens, the pool attended to clean every day. The room's are no frills but spotless free air conditioning . Breakfasts is simple bit fresh. This is a nice hotel with luxurious and clean rooms. Location is only thing that could be better as it’s a little bit more outside of the city center (~10 min walk). Amazing breakfast and super service

Never stayed here but have had pizza here and was very canny and cheap

We had a very nice apartment. There are few apartments so everyone knows each other. It is very nice. Super well-maintained nature. A cleaner comes regularly. The owner keep in touch with everyone and is very friendly. The food there is also delicious. There is nothing negative to say about it.

Wonderful stay, lovely rooms, lovely people, great pool ,great food, great location. Enjoyed so much that we're coming back in June and booked for a week in September also. On arrival the property looked pleasant and the staff were welcoming and took us straight to our apartment as we went self catering. Positives:- Big apartment and 2 doors going out to the patio area one from the bedroom and one from the lounge, windows have bug screens and the bed was comfortable and nice pillow, they also supplied toilet rolls, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner so if you are happy...

Lovely friendly hotel full of people who have been back several times. Website images dont do it justice. Has to be seen in person. 10/10 would be 11/10 if the bars had fans and glasses were chilled as drinks get warm lightning fast... down side of the awesome weather I guess. We love it and will be back (and back amd back)..... Dalyan Mossies won't stop us we will just be much better prepared.

Great hotel with plenty of pools .close to town .very clean and relaxing.

Went here for lunch 3 times on visit to DALYAN! Atmosphere was very relaxed and chilled. Waiter was really friendly and attentive. Nice homely feel to the place plus the food was fantastic. Would highly recommend a visit 👍👍👍

The best hotel in Dalyan. The location is very close to the river, the breakfast is great, about 100 varieties. They have 3 pools. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. I definitely recommend boat tour of this hotel. The best of Dalyan.
