From start to finish! Checking in at 2 in the morning wasn’t great 1 person with a 2 year old and 88 year old I really didn’t want to be waiting around. The food is good and tasty with a wide choice. Beautiful territory, nice staff. The only minus is boring kids club. Please, add more interesting activities for children and renew the playground and club.

The location is super convenient. The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It is also the landing point for parachuting and the starting point for the pirate ship. The hotel also provides free drinks at night, and the cocktails are delicious. We booked a package that did not include food and beverages, but the hotel still gave us free breakfast, lunch and dinner, which tasted great.

We had a Jacuzzi in its own court yard with table and chairs . the bed room it self was small but nice and clean Room. No wardrobe only an open space with a rail for hanging with safe and two Drew’s below .The only bed thing I would say is you only get one key .so if one wants to sleep and the other wants to go out .it is difficult not good we felt like we had to stay together at all times .

We have been to this hotel several times. It is good that the cleaning of the rooms will be better. The towels are very dirty, there is no sense of their cleanliness. Internet is also at a low level.

Really nice property. Walk through beautiful flowers and trees to get to the room and enjoy looking at the mountains once you're there. Room was clean and comfortable and the location allowed us easy access to Fethiye and Ölüdeniz. All employees were ready to help and were friendly. Pool area looks great. We were there in early April, so it was too cool for a swim. It will be great in a couple weeks...

The boss is very funny, the staff is enthusiastic, the decoration is very stylish, the food is delicious, the price is beautiful, parking is convenient, shopping is convenient, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation!

We had a lovely holiday in Symbola end of June. We stayed a week and from the minute we arrived the staff were amazing. First to meet us was Taylan and Harun, check in at 1am in the morning was quick and we were helped with our cases up to our room by Taylan he was very pleasant and showed us where everything was before he left. Next morning we had breakfast on the beautiful terrace / bar area area...

Lovely family room hotel with friendly helpful staff. Traditional rooms and pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas. Breakfast choices of Turkish and continental. Ten minutes walk to the beach so a great location. Only negative the steps could be a problem for anyone older or no physically fit as no lift. Would definitely return 😌

some things amazing, some not so. The sympathetic building blends in with the mountains and is hidden away and secluded from the tourist strip it overlooks. The room is simple, but perfectly adequate and the bathroom had been renovated to a good standard. The double mattress wasn't great and the housekeeping hit and miss, some days they did a thorough clean, replaced water, etc. While on other days...

Great location, just outside the Ölüdeniz’ hubbub. A cute set of stone cabins with balconies glued to the mountain. My room had a view over town and the sea. It’s quiet; I slept like a baby and the bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast is Turkish, fresh and delicious. I’d recommend!

Fab day out from start to finish. Family of 5 we paid for a cabana which was worth it. Food and drinks all good and staff couldn’t do enough for you. Not the cheapest of days out but worth every penny 😎 We were even picked up from hotel and taken back as it was a walk away!

Just a day visit to the beach area but so pleased we stayed on for our evening meal. Sea very shallow by the blue lagoon so great for children but beware of large rocks in the water. Had a great meal

Every year I visit Sugar Beach with my friends. We really love different kind of foods and the cool Oludeniz view. This place is amazing.

Free bus pick up from your hotel, no charge for you sun beds or parasol BUT the prices of the food and drinks make up for that, see added photo for prices. Great spot, water is not deep at all, beach is sandy, plenty of beds in June. Background music not too loud. You can have a sit down meal at the restaurant or you can have a meal at your sunbeds, waiter comes around regularly and you start a tab...

I discovered Sugar beach club one afternoon, & decided to go back the next day. The food was plentiful, such a variety. Cocktails were the best I’ve had in Turkey. The staff were very friendly & helpful, & the view was stunning. Ended up being our regular go to beach for the rest of the holiday. The water was amazing, & clean. Highly recommend everything about this place
