We stayed in June. We were the only Asian family in the entire resort, so the staff called me by name as soon as I arrived at the front desk. I like all-inclusive resorts. It's very relaxing to be with my family. There are unlimited drinks and snacks. The staff are also very friendly.

The hotel is a bit humid near the sea, but it is generally good in the off-season. The wine lists of several bars are the same, with a relatively simple variety. There are many choices for breakfast and dinner, but the taste is average.

Resort hotel, with a wide variety of food, the taste is average, stayed for 2 days, only buffet. The environment is OK, the service is very good.

great place for kids with loads of activities, we had a room with great sea views (ground floor), which is great during the day and if you like to go out during night time. With kids i would go for a room a bit more uphill, as it is nice for kids to sleep earlier (music stops at 12pm). great that when I remarked this, they offered themselves that it could be arranged accordingly.

The hotel is divided into three buildings all joined together. Some of it seems a bit antiquated - my room had only one spare mains socket and no USB but it was fairly quiet at the front of the hotel and I had a nice little balcony overlooking the harbour. The room was clean and I slept well. The main complaint was that it was a fair way out of town - maybe 15 or 20 minute walk.

Staff was just incredible, quiet location right on the water by the marina, breakfast and dinner were good. Our Terrace suite with to Hot Tub outside was simply one of the best rooms my wife and I have stayed in, Simple, small and cozy with built in large flat screen that comes out of the bed's baseboard with a remote control , really cool. Staff were very friendly, our room as others have said was clean. Overall a very nice hotel but the rooms and bathrooms are small and our bathroom in particular was in need of a refurb. Breakfast was typically Turkish - a reasonable choice but the warm food was cool to cold which is not uncommon in Türkiye. A microwave to warm up your breakfast would be a useful addition to the dining area.

The room is very small. Every room has a balcony, but it's small too, you can only fit one chair and that's it. AC is alright. It also has a TV from the 00's without a remote control so just a hanging box. This place has breakfast but very poor food and no variety. Best you can do is boiled egg and Nutella with toasted bread.

The hotel shows its age but serves its purpose well. The pool is excellent and situated right by the beach, providing a perfect spot to relax. The staff is friendly, though communication can be a challenge as they don’t speak English.

We used the beach bar, not the hotel - it is such a great spot! Firstly the staff are fab, really welcoming and good banter and make an effort to remember your name which is such a nice touch. We visited every day in the end, at all different times of day, and the service never faltered. Family run and you get the feeling they really care about their business and their guests! We arrived and one of the rooms the AC wasn’t working, the toilet seat cleaning facility wasn’t working! The AC was fixed same day but the toilet water cleaning system stayed unfixed. Excellent hotel - very clean, staff were lovely and the Deluxe Room with a view was spacious. A minor note is that it is very hot in Summer on the 4th floor and the air conditioning won’t cool the room for quite a few hours.

Great location with easy walking distance to many amenities , promenade, boats , shops and restaurants. If you choose seaview room you'll get a balcony with views across Fethiye bay. Good clean rooms with quiet air conditioning. Good choice of buffet breakfast in pleasant ground floor room. Still good quality and value, after the 5 years we have used 2 or more times a year.

Delayed my check in from 2:00pm to 3:30pm due to rooms not being cleaned on time. Be prepared as they don’t provide any towels for the pool. Apparently they get stolen. Room aircon doesn’t work, telephone in room doesn’t work. View is great but service is average.

The hotel's location was good for us. The breakfasts weren't very good, but there was a limited selection. The hairdryer and refrigerator in the room weren't working, but we didn't bother to report the issue. The air conditioning wasn't working, but we did report it and it was quickly fixed. The rooms are old, clean, and odorless. Overall, everything was fine and in line with the price.

Pros: Good location, lots of food nearby, in the center of town. Disadvantages: The room card was invalid several times during the two days of stay, and the front desk's English was not good enough for communication. The room was good overall, the hotel looked grand overall, and the room was a good size. There is no problem putting the suitcase in there. It is not particularly new. There are many cute cats in the hotel lobby.

The location is very good. It's close to Starbucks and a mart, and it's great to walk around at night. I didn't use the swimming pool, but the view was amazing. The hotel's location is close to the bus station, which is why we chose it. There's a hairdryer in the room. But there's a big BUT: we didn't see any hot or even warm water; the tap only runs cold. So taking a shower is simply impossible, especially in winter. The breakfast is decent: Turkish, with eggs, potatoes, jam, and more.

The hotel is located near the Otagar, which is very convenient if you need to stay here for one or two nights and then go on your way. There is also a shopping center nearby, which is also very convenient.

Because we arrived late, we put down our luggage and went out to eat. When we came back, we found that there was nothing in the room, no drinking water, no cups for drinking water, no toilet paper in the bathroom, and even no quilt in the room. The receptionist in the hotel was very kind and was very helpful. The room was very clean and the breakfast tasted good. One the best hotel I ever stayed.

It was a good hotel for the price. There was an elevator, so it was easy to get around even with a lot of luggage. And if you ask the hotel owner about paragliding (cost, what to bring, etc.), he will do his best to tell you. It was really great!

The rooms are tastefully decorated. Although it's an older building, the decor is impressive. Breakfast, while simple, was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to Fethiye Marina, making it convenient for island hopping. Behind the hotel is a shopping street. Overall, I was very satisfied, though the front desk service could be improved. My friends also liked it.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was sufficient, in short, it was a very nice experience, I recommend it.

Fantastic Stay The staffs were friendly always with out a lovely smile. Particularly, the gentleman called Murat at the breakfast bar, he was warm, friendly and attentive to guests needs. Great location, as it is central to fethiye marine and old town, which is brilliant for food and local culture

The property conveniently located next to marina, it’s older but in descent conditions, clean, good bed.

Our stay at the Reis Hotel was amazing! As soon as we checked in, we were greeted with kindness and helpfulness. The hotel was located in a great central area, everything was very close. The breakfast received the next morning was one of the best breakfasts we received on our trip. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fethiye, we will definitely be back soon.

The location is good, the food is good, but the room is small The room smells too much of cigarettes. Even though it was a non-smoking room.

Looking at the comments and pictures, we stayed for 10 days and we were very satisfied as a family. The staff is friendly, the environment is quiet and calm, it is very close to everywhere you need to go in Fethiye. There are many corporate or non-corporate markets around. I would recommend it to families going.
