Highly praised for cleanliness and well-maintained grounds with dedicated gardening staff. Staff are consistently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, including reception, restaurant, and bar teams. Food quality and variety receive mostly positive remarks, especially breakfast and themed nights such as Turkish night and a la carte dining. Multiple pools with individual bars provide relaxing options without overcrowding or sunbed shortages. The hotel offers diverse daytime activities and evening entertainment with live bands and shows. Family-friendly facilities include a children's pool, playground, high chairs, and baby cots upon request. Convenient shuttle bus service to Oludeniz beach and town center, with taxis also easily accessible. Guests appreciate the natural setting with wildlife sightings like wild boars, squirrels, and tortoises on the grounds. Some guests report that rooms feel a bit dated, with limited storage space and occasional maintenance issues like air conditioning inefficiency. Food quality has been criticized by some for being repetitive, lukewarm, or greasy, particularly at dinner and in main restaurant buffets. Service in the main restaurant was occasionally described as rushed or lacking warmth, with some staff appearing unhappy. Pool water temperature can be too cold for comfortable swimming according to some reviews. Sunbed reservation rules are not strictly enforced, leading to some guests finding sunbeds 'reserved' by towels without occupants. Vegetarian options are sometimes limited, with a reliance on salads and occasional hot dishes. Entertainment team engagement varies; some guests felt activities were not actively promoted by staff. Pets are not allowed, and some guests noted roaming cats around dining areas, which may be unwelcome to some.

This a delayed review of our stay at Montana Pine, but we had such a fabulous stay that I wanted to post a review! We travelled as a family of three (two adults and a three year old) and stayed in one of the Valley rooms for our 9 night stay. It was a last minute booking and travelling with a three year old, we wanted an all inclusive resort that was also relaxing and away from busy tourist areas. Montana Pine was perfect and we would definitely return! We were initially placed in a relatively small room which wasn't really suitable for us but after a couple of nights, we were moved with no issues at all. The rooms and resort as a whole are very clean and it is clear that the staff take pride in their jobs. Forgive me as we didn't note down individual names but the reception staff were always very helpful and arranged a specific private transfer for us, which our son loved! The female receptionist always made the effort to wave and chat to our son, as did the restaurant staff and the "ice cream man" as he was known to him! Our son is quite shy so took a while to warm to everyone but they were all so lovely and attentive. The food was ideal for what we wanted and there was always a good selection. We discovered the smaller lunch buffet by the large pool, which is where we ate most lunch times. The entertainment was fun and varied. To be honest, we couldn't fault Montana and it was the relaxing break that we needed. Thank you!

Arrived late at the hotel after a delayed flight from Manchester. Taxi dropped us off at a gate lower down than the hotel in the dark. We had no idea where to go, and struggled up the steep path with our suitcases. Got to the top of the path to see lots of people outside enjoying the live band which we could hear where very good. Still no idea where to go! My husband went over to the bar to ask and we were told where the reception was. Checked in with no problems and a lovely man helped us with our cases to our room. The room was lovely, large and clean although a bit dated but we had a wrap around balcony and I could see even in the dark what a lovely view we were going to wake up to. We unpacked after a long day and sat out on the balcony with some duty free drinks and listened to the live band. There was food left for us in the fridge and juice which was a nice touch. Absolutely stunning views the next morning we could not have been happier and glad we chose this hotel. We went to breakfast, and whilst the choice was not great we had some lovely omelettes cooked in front of us, but alarm bells were already starting to go off with what we saw. I’ve never been to an all inclusive hotel where the staff looked so miserable, one member of staff looked half dead dragging plates from the tables. As soon as you had finished your last mouthful a staff member would descend on you and remove your plate in a flash! We never saw in the week we were there a member of staff smiling in the restaurant. Lots of signs saying taking food from the restaurant was forbidden, I’ve never seen anything like it. No service in there whatsoever, you were lucky if they offered you a glass of water. This is supposed to be a 4 star plus hotel! We were very disappointed and this was our first morning. We went for lunch later that day and the service and the food was terrible. I asked a member of staff if my husband could have a glass of wine and he looked as if he could ****** us. Little did I realise then that you were supposed to go and get your own drinks. The food for the rest of our stay was the worst I have ever come across in an all inclusive hotel. The choice of meats and if you ever saw any fish was of poor quality and swimming in grease. I saw lamb once during our stay which was full of fat, grease and bones and fish in some sort of greasy stew, no idea what the fish was! One night there was mash on display but nothing to go with it. On our last night the main meat dish in the restaurant was chicken wings! As I said the food quality was poor. My husband and I are foodies and the highlight of our holidays is eating lovely food, if you are like us avoid this hotel. We did try the snack bar but I was put off when I found a hair in my pizza. Wd had ice creams a couple of times which was very nice . We tried the Al la Carte and this was no better than the main restaurant after paying a surcharge. We ate out for the majority of our stay and only had break

Beautiful setting and surroundings, well kept grounds and pleasant staff. Sadly that’s where the good bit ends. Room, allocated standard room. Cramped and poorly furnished. Small hanging space for clothes, no drawer space at all for clothes. Just 3 grubby wooden shelves. On arrival no stool for dressing table and only one bedside table. My husband resorted to using his suitcase on end next to the bed. But I guess there was no other storage to put the suitcases. Following an assertive conversation with reception both an extra bed side table and a dressing table stool were delivered. Although the stool was small and the fabric pretty disgusting. Fair play to the cleaning staff they did a good job every day and were pleasant. The food? Well breakfast and lunch were ok, but the evening meal not so great, unless you want your meat dishes swimming in some kind of dishwater. The pools although very pretty were unusable because they were freezing, very few people braved them. The complimentary shuttle service to Oludeniz was useful but restrictive. On par I think the worst value holiday ever

Booking in - seamless as always deluxe pool view at the Dolphin Pool, spacious, very clean, towels changed daily, comfortable bed and of course a safe. Bars - lobby bar opened to midnight from 10am, Dolphin bar only opened at 1pm to 6pm. Great range of drinks and cocktails. Bar Staff were excellent. Restaurant - always a really good range of food at breakfast lunch and evening ending meal times, with an a ka carte meal available on Tuesdays and Thursdays up at the edge poolside. Also theme nights in the buffet restaurant. Entertainment - varied and more than decent, magician, acrobats, bands, This was our 4th visit here and already booked for 26, and 27 , great hotel and the staff cannot do enough for you, all did their best for you, already looking forward to our next visit.

My wife and I went here for the first time for a 2 week holiday. We have never been to Turkey before for a holiday. This hotel came highly recommended by a friend of my wife. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The grounds of the hotel are stunning. It nestles amongst pine trees etc. on a hillside, and because of this the paths are fairly steep. There is a sun terrace where you can sit and watch the sunset over the hills. The staff were really friendly. The food was good with a fair selection catering for most tastes. The resort has 3 pools. We tended to use the pool on the upper level mainly, as it was quieter. The entertainment was pretty good. Some nights, if the weather wasn't too good, they moved the show into the lobby area. The room was fine - a bit dark though. However, our view out from our balcony was of another accommodation block ! We were in block 1200. The bathroom had a nice shower and was fairly big and functional. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. The room also has a safe and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a free bus that runs to and from the hotel to Oludeniz. We will definitely be returning to Montana Pine in the future !

Just back from 11 nights in this fabulous hotel. Was here our second time at this hotel and won’t be our last. Hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas . Grounds are immaculate hard working gardens working until late keeping it looking great. We were in room 1704 which we loved staying in as we had a lovely big veranda and we had clean towels every day and bottled water every day ,very clean. Meals were plenty full and you could have something to eat all day long so many option’s . I want to give a shout for some of the staff who we noticed work extremely hard Berna, Furkan , Gamze, Mert, Mustala and Hakan . The dinning supervisor worked none stop the lady who made the pancakes was great but big shout out for the tall lad who filled the dinning hall up with clean plates every night never stopped and the boy who was so nice and worked none stop at the ice cream cart at lunch time. If you can pass on our comments I would appreciate it . Suggest you maybe have an employee of the week for your team to show them our appreciation and motivated them to keep the good work up. Thank you all for making our holiday fantastic

What an absolutely stunning hotel! From the moment we arrived we were impressed - our luggage was quickly taken to the room for us and we were shown to our room by a very friendly member of staff. The hotel grounds are spectacular - the gardener who maintains this deserves a raise because the whole space is filled with the most beautiful trees and flowers - it’s such a peaceful spot. The room was very large and had everything we needed including a balcony. There are three pools so you don’t feel like you’re in the same spot every day and there’s no shortage of sunbeds. All the pools are very clean and have their own bars. The drinks were very good, and they don’t skimp out on the alcohol despite being an all inclusive. The food was lovely, and changed each day but you always had a fresh selection of salads and breads. We heard from other people staying that they had returned to that hotel for several years and we can understand why. I highly recommend doing their own boat trip ( we did the Fethiye one) - the boat is beautiful and very spacious and you can lie down in the shade. They also have snorkelling equipment available to use. We stayed in the town afterwards and visited the market which was a great experience and it’s very easy to get a taxi back (cash only). The evening entertainment was varied and enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the live bands which got everyone up and dancing. We also enjoyed tennis, table tennis, and the sunset terrace bar which has amazing views in the evening. Would also recommend the cable cars to mount Babadag and the seahorse beach club - there’s a transfer back to the hotel from there around 5pm.
