What has satisfied us most are:
-The beautiful green acres it is situated in and it's wide and airy rooms.
-Staff which are extremely helpful and go out of their way to please holidaygoers, even in the most busy months.
-The fact that sunning areas are always available on the beach at at the poolside.
-The fact that its cuisine deserves far more than the 4 star rating it advocates.
-The always smiling faces of the kitchen, restaurant and bar staff.
-The cleanliness of the pool, restaurant and similar areas.
A few suggestions to the staff for an even better experience:
-Cleaning the rooms can be done throughout the day. It would be better is the quality control on the room cleaning service was improved.
-Some clothes hangers in the bathrooms to hang clothes or towels would be appreciated and make bathroom comforts complete.
