I booked a sea view room. When I checked in, I discovered it didn't have a sea view, and despite telling three different people, I was brushed off with responses like, "We don't have sea views anyway," "The top room has one, but it's too hot," etc. It turned out I'd been put in the wrong room, and they stubbornly refused to give me the room I was supposed to stay in. They claimed there was no difference in price (which there was), and they didn't refund the price difference. Aside from that, the bed linens were clean, but I didn't like the cleanliness of the refrigerator and floors. My feet were covered in dirt when I accidentally stepped on something. They call it a value-for-money hotel, but 3000 TL per night isn't cheap, in my opinion. Also, I booked it thinking it would be quiet, but the noise from the nightclub in the marina was constantly in my room. I don't know if I would have been so affected if I had stayed in another room. There are packs of dogs around at night and in the mornings. They're harmless, but I was too scared to go out too late or too early. Also, since no one was at reception during the week, I didn't feel safe at all as a single woman. If you needed anything, there was no one downstairs to help. I wouldn't recommend it if you're a single woman. It might be better to stay in a more central location.

When I called them this morning to discuss staying at the hotel, a lady answered. I explained that I wanted to make a reservation, that I'd be coming from another city, and that I'd be there in 2-3 hours. They told me to send the full payment upfront. I told them I'd be paying by card instead of cash. They said they didn't accept card payments, only cash or money order. When I told them to make the reservation and that I'd pay when I arrived, they said they'd sell the room if anyone else arrived before I arrived. This is a business that fails to recognize that the logic behind making a reservation is to keep the room from being sold to anyone else. I haven't stayed at this business, and because of this irrationality, I won't. Unfortunately, you can't be in the tourism business with the grocery store mentality.

Disappointment
First of all, this isn't a boutique hotel; it's a guesthouse with almost no attention. If you need anything, you either have to call the phone number on the door or walk to another hotel a bit further away.
There's dust everywhere, and the roadwork out front might be contributing to this, but at least a dusting could have been done before renting the room. We found dirty napkins in some parts of the room, even in the drawer.
We asked for new sheets because drinks had spilled on our sheets, but we didn't get them.
The rooms are cramped. Sitting on the balcony is fine for two people, but not for a family. There's no seating area in the garden anyway.
In short, it was a disappointment for us, and I don't recommend it.
