I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to make my stay enjoyable. The service was excellent, and the breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious. The people here are so warm and welcoming — it truly felt like home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Quite place in busy location.
The hotel is located off a side street of the main shopping street. Due to this it is very quiet location. The room we had was small but perfectly suitable for a couple. The bathroom was large and clean with a very good shower. Check in was very smooth and the kind staff even brought us some tea to our room.

Excellent 5star service ☺️ Very nice people and very helpful ! The staff helped me find my way to Trabzon when there were not many options available -they took 30 minutes of their time to do that !
The rooms are super clean,comfy beds and the view is stunning if you select a room with view :)

Sadly we booked the wrong location, same town name but wrong province mistakenly on the app, as it was very confusing in Turkish, so we let the hotel know as soon as possible in the early afternoon so the rooms could be resold, but no consideration or even part refund given. We called the manager on the suggestion of Trip.com to explain but they showed no care or understanding so we lost our money. 3 rooms. Not very hospitable.

Hotel well located two minutes from the meydan. Central district, shopping, lively. The staff is friendly and attentive. Too bad the rooms overlook a narrow, blind street. Classic but decent Turkish breakfast in a somewhat dull dining room.
