Ski hotels in Kartalkaya

This is a cool resort, all inclusive concept, excellent service (Huysein was the best), ski in ski out concept, no crowds, ski pass included in tne price, well kept slopes, and very good pool/fitness area. we were very pleased. the only downside is steep costs for ski rental (2-3 times of Erzurum, amd 3 times more than i Austria for example), and ski lessons. but if you bring your own equipment...

Great staff, old and tiny rooms The food and the staff are great, speaking good english. However, the rooms are small and super old that it could barely fit 2 persons. The room was a disappointment

The rooms are a bit on the small side, but you can’t beat the location. The entire ski area is well-maintained, with excellent lifts and a wide variety of slopes. The prep area could use some fresh air - smells like damp boots. But the spa and bath services are top-notch. And the food? Absolutely delicious.

The Best Ski Resort i have ever visited. it is a 7-star resort with full facilities.... The food is international and so so delicious... The slopes are maintained daily and very safe. The staff were fantastic, friendly, efficient and polite. The Manager Hassan was always following up and so cooperative with his guests. We had a wonderful experience. Elie.

Excellent ski-in&out hotel! Stayed again after some 8 years, happy to see the quality of hotel's services have only improved. We enjoyed our stay a lot. If I have to criticise, I can only comment keeping room heaters down a bit. We simply love not needing to leave the hotel premises for anything..

Upon check in, they did not ask whether we prefer a smoking floor or not. The room itself did not smell when we first entered , but the entire hallway smelled like cigarette, which means other guests on the floor smoke a lot. Excellent stay, very friendly staff, really loved the place. The food was fantastic with an immense amount of choices, beyond every expectation, really perfect. Clean newly renovated room and nice new panorama SPA with new restroom. To conclude the ski area the most confortable i have been in was just perfect. I highly, highly recomment this place.

We had such a great holiday! The food was just amazing, couldn’t resist to try everything and gained a lot of weight :) the service in the restaurant is outstanding, we felt so welcomed and looked after. Rooms were fine , quite spacious. Great value for money too. The slopes are perfect for the beginners. The only thing I would recommend the reception to learn English as it was a bit hard to communicate

This is a magnificent hotel with a magnificent view and services. For skiing, you can just settle in your room and you are able to get every service/equipment needed within the hotel. Rooms are classy and beautiful, with wood decorations. My only concern would be kids making too much noise from time to time, but that's it, still 5 stars.

The hotel is beautiful, it is old, but it is okay if there is some renovation. The hotel staff are friendly. The skiing place is very wonderful. We also dealt with ski instructors in the hotel and they were very wonderful

we were on holiday with the family. very rude staff, you received no attention, we paid as a priority but we are not allowed in, we are not allowed in until 5 p.m, not helpful at all, staff were not friendly either. they also charge extra fees…..

In general people are really helpful, rooms are clean, food is delicious. The only thing that I miss was ski lockers, which is a need! In a ski hotel. Lockers was older than me.

Hotel is clearly aged, but also impressively well looked-after. Very clean and functional. Great dining. Good service. Offers numerous wide and relatively long-distance ski paths. Great value for money.

Perfect location. A bit old design rooms. Expensive if you are not there for skiing. Very very good staff from front desk to restaurant.

Great. Staff helpful, friendly and friendly. The rooms are adequate although not very well-maintained. The morning and evening meals were good quality and varied.

Really nice place but the hotel is very neglected. If someone with money buys it, it'il turn it into a nice hotel. Interior also need to make a lot of changes.

As a family, you will enjoy your stay .. There are places to see and flavor stops in the surrounding area.
