This is a cool resort, all inclusive concept, excellent service (Huysein was the best), ski in ski out concept, no crowds, ski pass included in tne price, well kept slopes, and very good pool/fitness area. we were very pleased. the only downside is steep costs for ski rental (2-3 times of Erzurum, amd 3 times more than i Austria for example), and ski lessons. but if you bring your own equipment...

The rooms are a bit on the small side, but you can’t beat the location. The entire ski area is well-maintained, with excellent lifts and a wide variety of slopes. The prep area could use some fresh air - smells like damp boots. But the spa and bath services are top-notch. And the food? Absolutely delicious.

The Best Ski Resort i have ever visited. it is a 7-star resort with full facilities.... The food is international and so so delicious... The slopes are maintained daily and very safe. Upon check in, they did not ask whether we prefer a smoking floor or not. The room itself did not smell when we first entered , but the entire hallway smelled like cigarette, which means other guests on the floor smoke a lot. We had such a great holiday! The food was just amazing, couldn’t resist to try everything and gained a lot of weight :) the service in the restaurant is outstanding, we felt so welcomed and looked after. This is a magnificent hotel with a magnificent view and services. For skiing, you can just settle in your room and you are able to get every service/equipment needed within the hotel. Rooms are classy and beautiful, with wood decorations. My only concern would be kids making too much noise from time to time, but that's it, still 5 stars.

In general people are really helpful, rooms are clean, food is delicious. The only thing that I miss was ski lockers, which is a need! In a ski hotel. Lockers was older than me.

This is a thermal town with lots of facilities for dining, shopping, hanging around in nature. As family, we stayed in one of the villas, we all loved it, spacious with fire place, private garden, thermal pool etc but the thermal pool should have cold water running because the thermal water is too hot, we had to wait for hours. It’s one of the best located hotels/resorts I’ve visited; really amazing atmosphere and the views are simply beautiful. Though, the rooms are not up to high standards, especially the bathroom is very small and not much space in the corner suite though. Excellent and inexpensive place for mountain recreation in Turkey. There are walking trails, there are many animals, which are looked after by the hotel staff. The price of a room is about 1000 UAH. The rooms are good and cozy, the air is like honey.

We stayed in this delightful hotel in September 2022, for a very short stopover coming from Cappadocia. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in Türkiye! When I entered the room, there were cigarette butts and used coffee cups everywhere. There was a musty smell in the room! Not to mention breakfast!

I don't really want to say anything negative, because the man in charge is so nice. It's basic - what you get for the price. The only real complaint is the breakfast. Below even the minimum standard. Nescafe instead of real coffee, a few cheeses and olives, those horrible fake spam things - and the bread was stale. Basically, don't bother with the breakfast.

Its the best place to live in Bolu we checked the oder hotels but they were very dirty and small but this hotel has decent space and neat and clean rooms and bathroom I would recommend everybody to stay there

No fine details were considered in cleaning, no diet sugar for diabetics, we requested room cleaning but the cleaning was done half-assed, missing items were not completed (soap), we could not connect to the Wi-Fi in the room because the reception did not enter the room number into the system.

In terms of price performance, you can stay at a reasonable price, the staff is friendly and you can buy tea and coffee all the time. On the negative side, I could not sleep very comfortably because I smelled the smell of the guests who stayed at the hotel before in the permanent materials on the beds. A very cozy, customized expérience. A lot of care has been put to build a dreamy fairytale. We stayed as 2 couples in August and tried few different rooms. Prices are very good in summer, which i think is not their peak season. We had a lovely jacuzzi in one of the rooms. A cosy, simple and wonderful household to make part of in a well hidden place of Abant. Delicious breakfast of self-produced local food and very helpful owners. The simplicity of the hotel makes you focus on the beauty of Abant's natural surrounding. We will definetly try to visit this place again when we return in future for longer than 1 day!
