Unforgetable experience! Great food and amazing view.. Thankyou for the warm hospitality, especially Husein! He is very humble and lovely staff.. now its time for me to go back to Bali, but i wish someday i could visit this hotel again. xx

This is a cool resort, all inclusive concept, excellent service (Huysein was the best), ski in ski out concept, no crowds, ski pass included in tne price, well kept slopes, and very good pool/fitness area. we were very pleased. the only downside is steep costs for ski rental (2-3 times of Erzurum, amd 3 times more than i Austria for example), and ski lessons. but if you bring your own equipment and ski well - no worries then :):) definitely recommed this ski resort

Got kicked out because they mentioned their clients will come and won’t find place to sit, horrible experience, the first guy welcomed us warmly and explained everything we came to spend half a day, have lunch and some refreshments but ended up being told that I can’t stay there and I need to move to another restaurant outside after we sat and removed our heavy coats and made ourselves comfortable, pathetic, we are not beggars, and you can’t treat us less than your “customers” we had plans to stay in this hotel next time but you lost customers.

Great staff, old and tiny rooms
The food and the staff are great, speaking good english. However, the rooms are small and super old that it could barely fit 2 persons. The room was a disappointment

Nothing to say about the hotel rooms and foods, which was actually good. I had a very bad experience on the slopes belonging to the hotel. Out of the baby slope, where there is always someone, the personnel on the other lifts is not quite careful. In the seated lift (both at the beginning and at the end) the personnel was inside the cabin, not outside helping the riders. Due to the lack of attention, they were not able to act quickly and stop the system when I had an accident at the T bar (Nazli pist). As I seriously injured myself, we had to finish our holiday before and the hotel did not give any refund. When I asked for a wheelchair to reach my car, they said it was not available. At the end it happened that I broke my leg on their slopes and the hotel simply didn't care. Be careful as security should be the first thing to think about while skiing!!!

The rooms are a bit on the small side, but you can’t beat the location. The entire ski area is well-maintained, with excellent lifts and a wide variety of slopes. The prep area could use some fresh air - smells like damp boots. But the spa and bath services are top-notch. And the food? Absolutely delicious.

The Best Ski Resort i have ever visited. it is a 7-star resort with full facilities.... The food is international and so so delicious... The slopes are maintained daily and very safe. The staff were fantastic, friendly, efficient and polite. The Manager Hassan was always following up and so cooperative with his guests. We had a wonderful experience. Elie.

Everything was perfect. The stuff, foods, cleaning etc… everyone in the hotel was smiling and serving for guests happiness. I decided this hotel two times. Probably going to stay a few more time. Especially I’d like to say the General Manager of the Hotel is a perfect person. Had a good time for other guests.
