The Pool was not working, which was the main reason why I booked it was for it's pool, so that was a disappointment. The Showerhead was so strong, the best I have seen. There is Hot water available at all times

The breakfast was amazing (buffet style). The Location was kind of far away from the beach compared to other hotels which where right across from it

If it's late, you won't go without comment, indeed, stay in a very up-to-date and great hotel and don't leave without having breakfast 👍 thank you Serra hotel

it is located so close to the tram station and towns terminal. Rather than this the room was quite big like studio flat and the employees are super kind helpful

Average stay in Grand amisos Samsun It was hard to have the reserved (sea view) room. takes long time and finally got a partial sea view in 2nd floor

I don't even have to mention the welcome and the bellboy, it was perfect every time, everything was perfect, all the employees were smiling, it was a very good thing

Also, reception staff not informed me about pool time list (men times and women times) so I lost my share in my one night stay

Close to the beach, very good hotel and nice and big rooms and clean bathroom. Good breakfast. And very good service !

The staff is very attentive, and the atmosphere is calm and homey. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, and the rooms are comfortable and quite large. Hygiene is also very important

I just wanna thank the staff in the reception . I would literally visit the hotel just to talk with the staff . Very friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything guys 😇🙏

Hotel is located at very good area of the city. Near to restaurants, coffees bars etc. but also just opposite of the beach. Breakfast and Rooms are decent but clean, people are very friendly and helpful

It is a good hotel and has a very good location near the sea with a beautiful view. The room we stayed in was like a two-star hotel, and some things needed more repair and cleaning

all we cared about is the sea and its 3 mins walk. The only thing might hold you from going ia the concept which is (low light) The only light in the room is 2 weak lamps

Location is really good tho, outside of the centre of Samsun with lots of activity, access to the beach, cafes, shopping etc

we asked for few 2 paper cups and they gave us 20. The food was good for breakfast and the view from the top floor was Okaiesh !! Idk about the location compared to the city

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. We could not rest during our stay at the hotel. The perfume sprayed in the room never went away and was very disturbing

The place looks very business-like and not hip but it is located just across the sea and offers a pleasant view and atmosphere. A bit pricier than alternatives around but worth it

Boutique Hotel run professionally with clean rooms & a good vibe. Restaurant is amazing & highly recommend the Adana kebab (it was legendary / best ever) & the mixed Grill

Also the Bafra kıymalı & kuşbaşı pide were delicious. Special thanks to Management, Staff and the Head Chef

Spacious and clean rooms, good food on a nice location next to beach.

Amazing food made better by excellent service of friendly and respectful staff. Tried Gavurdag Salad, Alinazik Kebap and Chicken Chokertme.

If a problem occured, the stuff would immediate care to solve it. Especially as we were guest who spend the time there out of hotel season (it ended in September), all we need was there

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was great. It is right on the beach and has a breathtaking view. It was located close to some great shopping and eating places as well

We stayed there for one night, the Otel was very nice, very clean with a beautiful view on the Black Sea. The staff is very friendly and speaks English

Great location – but room 103 stinks! Warning: Room 103 stinks incredibly! The hotel knows about it but can't/won't do anything about it. We spent one night there because of its proximity to the beach

I would never have spent a second night in that room under any circumstances. Otherwise, the room was reasonably good. The beach, cafes, and discos are right outside the hotel

The hotel had everything you would need and exceeded my expectations. Firstly It was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out in the room
