Great place, amazing views, great selection of food at breakfast, elegantly decorated and yet cozy and comfortable. Loved our stay at Sheraton Grand and it lives upto it's grand mark. This place is lovely with pool and beach activities. Rooms are immaculate. In addition, loved our time at Samsun, never knew the place was this beautiful.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel is. It has spacious public areas, very clean with a very nice view of the sea. The rooms are large with all the amenities. The breakfast is rich and combines local and international cuisine. It also has a large indoor swimming pool, a huge gym, separate rooms for pilates and spinning as well as a sauna for women and men.

Great employees, a fantastic location, and excellent amenities. It’s everything you would expect from Marriott and Turkish hospitality.

It’s 25 degrees outside , but inside in the rooms is over 32> . If you know you had guests coming , why don’t you turn on the aircondition on before they come ? It took the very incapable aircondition 3 hours to reduce from 32 to 28 degrees . At night. In the day the room temp doesn’t go below 30. Aircondition is completely incapable for this type of operation. After i went down to the reception...

Dark Lobby, Tired Room, Great Pool Initial reception was not good: no one greeted us at the door to help with our luggage and explain parking, front desk staff was not friendly, the lobby was dimly light and uninviting. Nice room but needs renovation: stained carpet, flat screen remote control didn't work, air conditioning didn't work, water damage in bathroom. Lovely dinner and good service. Lovely...

Lovely large rooms with huge shower. We had a corner room which was bigger than most but had no view of anything. Decent breakfast. Close to main road with restaurants. Nice stay in Samsun!

it is located so close to the tram station and towns terminal. Rather than this the room was quite big like studio flat and the employees are super kind helpful. While leaving the hotel, receptionist just ran after me before getting into the taxi, just to gave me a bottle of water incase of need, super kind toughtful act

It is a Very nice hotel. The Bed was good. The breakfast was amazing (buffet style). The Weather was good. The Location was kind of far away from the beach compared to other hotels which where right across from it. The Pool was not working, which was the main reason why I booked it was for it's pool, so that was a disappointment. The Showerhead was so strong, the best I have seen. There is Hot water...

I've been using Ramada and Wyndham chain for my trips all over the Europe, especially in Turkiye. As a business traveller, there isn't so many hotels that I can recommend that much. This stuff is well trained and they know what they are doing. I highly recommend them.

We spent one night in Samsun on our way back from Antalya to our homeland, Georgia. I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel was great—quiet, comfortable, and a fantastic value. I highly recommend the restaurant; the staff, including Hüma, Ramazan, and Erkan, were very friendly, and everything we ordered was delicious.

The Hotel has a very premium look, surroundings lush green, and location is very convenient, especially for the outside visitors. It is nearly 2 KM away from the Tekkekoy Bus Stand, from where you get regular buses to anywhere in Turkey, and the Samsun Airport is also 30-40 minutes drive only. This place is great. Breakfast had lots of choices. I dare say better than the double trees. Bc the soup, cooked veggies, 2nd fruit, and waffle option. Hampton is located closely to the Samsun SZF airport and perfect for a peaceful and luxurious stay. The team is so polite and cooperative with the guests, regardless of the language gap. I had a pleasant stay for 2 nights, special thanks to Mr. Orhan for assisting us in best ways possible. 10/10 recommend for stay in Samsun.

Rude bell boys, people act as if they dnt know english and working for a brand like Hilton. Rubbish / pathetic internet in rooms, and apparently hotel has no solution for this. Speed is not even 1 mbps

Turkish food and Turkish coffee are excellent. I stayed by while going to russia due to business travel and liked the hotel very much. The staff is proffessional and interested in me. But i loved rooms mostly they're comfertable.

The staff are VERY nice. The view is spectacular! Rooms are on the small side, but are pretty clean. The bathroom is clean but it has some moisture and mold.

The hotel reception was very helpful and flexible. The room was adequate for price value. The breakfast is fulfilling.🙂

It is a good hotel and has a very good location near the sea with a beautiful view. The room we stayed in was like a two-star hotel, and some things needed more repair and cleaning. The behavior of the hotel staff was very good and friendly, and the hotel breakfast is on the top floor of the hotel with a very varied menu.

Not as nice as it looks in the pics. Staff didn't split th3 beds to make us twin rooms even though they had confirmed in advance that they would accommodate our request. Location is really good tho, outside of the centre of Samsun with lots of activity, access to the beach, cafes, shopping etc.

The rooms was clean .. the staff was really nice .. we asked for few 2 paper cups and they gave us 20 .. The food was good for breakfast and the view from the top floor was Okaiesh !! Idk about the location compared to the city .. all we cared about is the sea and its 3 mins walk ... The only thing might hold you from going ia the concept which is (low light) The only light in the room is 2 weak lamps...

It is close to the airport, so the location is also remote. You have to take a taxi to travel. It is quiet enough in the industrial area. The hardware is OK, but when you go in, the tables and chairs are placed in the bathroom. The room is large and the breakfast is good. It is a domestic four-star standard. The service awareness of the staff needs to be improved

Location not the best, located in an industrial area. Very positive welcome, friendly and very efficient staff. Very large room with everything you need (a coffee machine would have been appreciated). We had to ask for 2 additional pillows, since there were no spare ones in the wardrobe and the 2 on the bed were very low. We ate at the internal restaurant in the evening, and we were very satisfied...

The room was not very good, the service was not very good in all aspects, there was a hair in the food when I was eating, and the waiter took it away without saying anything sorry.

The staff was very helpful and kind in spite of the language barrier. Breakfast was good and fulfilling. There’s no a lot of dining options in the area but it is not too far to drive to find lots of other options. Room was spacious. It would be great if they had an iron and ironing board for guests to use.

No Covid excuses to limit services or amenities, just 1st class of everything that left you feeling great that you chose this hotel to stay. We arrived late and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. We traveled by bikes and were pleased that there was space to park them, with security cameras.

Room was clean .. available AC unit. The hotel overall was ok. Dropped a star because of the not so great breakfast dishes.

In the centre of the city the air of a boutique hotel with stylish and fresh rooms with sea views and a hotel. Atakum outgoing minibuses walk. Something we didn't frankly. On the menu breakfast hearty and the yogurt. I was satisfied. I will recommend a hotel , just there's a shortage, you must call at least 1 week in advance.

This hotel depressed me. Upon entering, the lighting was beyond words. The rooms were depressing. It was dark and dark in color. I didn't like it; I didn't like it. Friends, if you go, go to Atakum; the hotels there are more affordable, nicer, and more comfortable. Samsun is so old, so far behind. Even left-handers are bad. Atakum is spotlessly clean. I wish there were more ethnic activities.

We went on a Black Sea tour with my wife and stayed in four different hotels. This hotel was the cleanest and most beautiful. The food was especially delicious and had a lot of variety. I would like to thank the two ladies who served us in the dining area for their smiling faces and extra dedication.

We stayed for two nights. The building was a bit old but other than that everything was adequate. It was nice.

The hotel is good..easy to reach, staff were very friendly and helpful...the room is specious and bedding is comfortable, the bathroom had mold which caused bad smell, diffinitely needs updating. This is the second time we used this hotel as a travel hub which is convenient and you get the value for money.
