The hotel is a boutique hotel, the rooms are very cool even in the heat of summer, we had a very comfortable sleep. The staff are friendly, they make you feel at home, the cooks Esma lady's jams are very delicious, you should definitely try it.👍

Hotel with a great view and a top location! The experience of a night in a cave is brilliant and unique and the dinner offered by the hotel served on the terrace with a panoramic view is brilliant. On the other hand, a little disappointment with the breakfast, which offered very little choice (not even coffee, etc.) and was not up to the rest of the services.

A business-hotel approach with very caring staff. We stayed in this mansion for our honeymoon vacation. The guide friend and other staff take care to keep the relevant person at the highest level. As for the rooms, we stayed in an arch room. The dates of each of the rooms were given by different names. They portrayed the past beautifully.

We had an unforgettable night in this hotel. The rooms are decorated very neatly and traditionally. Also the breakfast is surprisingly very substantial and delicious. The owner of the place Metin Bey is a very helpful and friendly. We was already very willing to assist us. In short, I highly recommend this place.

For accommodation of the staff involved in the book think nothing is a terrific place to hold it as Room service is very good, but why I put 4 stars the food is cold and it gets cold in the evening and in the morning bread fruit juice instead of buttermilk, etc to drink if offered, I believe it's a good location for that and I recommend it to everyone that it couldn't be .

Great stay for business here at the Grand Altuntas Hotel. The hospitality was excellent. The food was good, and the rooms are nice. I also enjoyed the facilities including the gym. It was absolutely amazing! I didn't know Turkey had these kind of hotels! The staff were very nice, they had pools, a gym, steam and sauna room, relaxing areas and my most favourite is the activity room when I told my parents that I was going to explore with my cousin we were somehow lost but one of the staff showed us around of what you can do here he was very nice I spent most of my time in the sauna...

Nice, basic hotel to stay. Room was clean and complementaty water and mineral water welcome. Very nice breakfast. Staff helpful. Not all speak English, but there is also those who can and they offer their help. Aksaray is not city for tourist, but actually have around it interestesting places to visit; Cappadocia and Ihlara valley.

The hotel was convenient, good location, 900 m to the bus station, staff was helpful solving any problems. Only one drawback was that it was quite loudly bc of a close location to a traffic road

We stayed in the hotel as family. Hotel is located on main road between Ankara and Adana, not so much far from Aksaray city center. Hotel is clean and everything looks new while style is old. We only ate in the restaurant. The food tasted great, service was perfect (but not much English), and very fast. For our light lunch we had tomato soup and green beans. The beans were surprisingly good. It came with a tasty salad and way more bread than we could eat.

This is a nice Hotel that is not located in a central location. However, we had a good experience, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the area was good, There are several restaurants and coffee places next to the hotel. It was a great place to spend the night on our road trip.

The rooms were very well-organized. The breakfast, the spaciousness and airiness of the rooms were all excellent. My only request would be if there was something for those using the bathroom to hang their clothes on. In short, it's a place I would stay again if I came to Niğde.

I had the opportunity to stay in Niğde, where I went for an event. The hotel is in a very good location in terms of location and transportation. Being in the city center gives it a plus.. If you like loud music of a party above your head, this is a great hotel. If not, avoid the weekend. I write on a Saturday at 22 hrs. On the fourth floor I hear what is the kind of music I would complain about. A friend suffers on the seventh, above him a loud party goes on for hours.

The rooms should be separated into smoking and non-smoking rooms and should be closely monitored. As a non-smoker, I was very uncomfortable. The rest of the services were extremely successful.

I had my military duty in Niğde and when my parents came to visit me, we stayed in this nice hotel. There was a live music on saturday evenings, and also breakfast was very nice here. Location is the best.

Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.

Room was upgraded but wasn’t really an upgrade. We had a king suite with balcony. Was moved to a smaller room without balcony. Hotel is nice but it’s really out of the way so we paid way more for taxis going to excursions.

The service was good. They even gave us champagne. However, the water in the room's pool can only reach 24 degrees Celsius. I didn't use it during my entire stay. It was a waste.

Although this is a nice hotel, the location is not ideal, as it is far from tourist attractions. The view is not bad, but take note it is next to the freeway. According to bookings.com it is a 5 star hotel, but in our experience it was 3 star accommodation . With regard to the room, it was very spacious and the jacuzzi was wonderful. A Hotel to Show as an Example I stayed at İşbilir for 2 nights during my tour of Turkey. I usually camp, but I prefer hotels when I'm tired. All I look for is a friendly attitude and cleanliness. I would like to thank all the staff at İşbilir, especially the ladies at the reception, for their friendly smiles and attentiveness. The late check-in was excellent, as was all the room amenities. It's a shame the shower gel and shampoo were in pre-used samples. The room wasn't cleaned mid-stay, and early morning check-in was unattended, with no one at reception. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nevşehir has poor transport links to Goreme/Uchisar, but that's not the hotel's fault.

The room was really nice! The bathroom even had heating, which would be very comfortable in winter. The only downside was that this room type was only available on lower floors, so it didn't get much sunlight and the air circulation was a bit poor. It's super convenient to eat and shop right next to a shopping mall!! The front desk, concierge, and room service were all excellent!!

Decent in every sense of the word…. I think one of the best in Kappadokia. Mall is neighbouring. Entrance with the hotel room card, you can find anything needed. We stayed 01-05 June , it was the best choice to travel round around the kappadokia without changing hotel every day….

Sejour aout 2025 Accueil correct info sur les restaurants alentours. Nous avions reserve 2 suite de 4 personnes. Les 2 etaient equipees de 2 clim mais dans chaque suite 1 des 2 e fonctionnait pas. Nous avons.eu tres chaud. La chasse d eau coulait perpetuellement et les lampes d appoint ne fonctionnaient.pas dans une.des suite en revanche lits confortables situation geographique correcte malgre l absence...

I was passing through Nevsehir and I needed some help with transportation to get to the main Neveshir Bus Station. I had limited and poor Turkish but the hotel receptionist and staff kindly offered me their help. Within minutes, I was in a taksi going to the Bus Station that I needed to. The staff were a delight and, while I did not stay with them, I am sure their hospitality will be equally as excellent...

We stayed two nights during a tour of Türkiye. The hotel is very nice, especially at the entrance, even if the two elevators are small and get "clog" very easily. Curious is the fact that there is carpet in the corridors and not in the rooms (fortunately). It is beautiful from the outside... The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. (Toilet bowl not cleaned, I won't give details 😱. As far as meals are concerned, it's very average and the staff seems in a hurry to finish their service whether in the evening or at breakfast. We're in a hurry a little to leave the premises. About the situation of the hotel nothing to say room calmed down....

A very welcoming hotel for family travel. Comfortable rooms and a delicious and comprehensive buffet breakfast. They even let us wait a couple of hours at reception until we were picked up and taken to the airport. The staff was attentive and helpful at all times, especially Ahmet, who invited us for tea to liven up the wait. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room is small, however the heater works very well. It is very hot in the room since the AC is not working, so we have to open the window during winter to let some fresh air in. The food is okay and delicious. Wifi also works well, no issues.

We were booked in as part of a tour group with RSD travel and the hotel felt as if they needed to just tidy up the maintenance a bit. The facilities were really good but the food was pretty awful. We had the supposed "Gourmet Dinner" which was possibly the worst buffet I have ever had. Breakfast was typically European so Brits beware but there was very little fresh fruit.

Bathroom needs improvement! My stay was excellent, however the bathroom needs better lighting and the bath area was not draining, not to mention there were 2 short planks of wood keeping the water in the bath area and it was not sufficient, the bathroom kept flooding.
