Hotel Grand Nigde in Nigde

I stayed at this hotel for one night as part of a tour arranged by our agency, and the experience was unacceptable.
The room had an overwhelming and disgusting smell of cigarette smoke. It felt unhealthy and deeply unhygienic. I requested a room change, but I was told there were no other rooms available, so I had no choice but to remain in those conditions.
The hotel allows smoking indoors, including in the restaurant, which made the dining area suffocating and extremely unpleasant. Allowing guests to smoke in enclosed spaces shows a serious disregard for basic hygiene and non-smoking guests.
Despite dinner being included, water and coffee were charged separately.
If zero stars were possible, I would give them.

Stayed here for only one night as part of a tour. We had to ask to change rooms as the sewers smell was horrendous. Our second room still smell bad but we opened the window and that allowed the smell to dissipate a little. Other people from the tour said their room smell really bad of cigarette.
The food was ok but they allow people to smoke inside the restaurant so all you smell is cigarette smoke. As part of the tour we had dinner included but had to pay for water and coffee (and any other drinks.) WiFi wasn’t good and they claimed that “too many people using WiFi” but what’s the point of a hotel having WiFi that doesn’t allow all their guests to connect?
Most of the people in the tour wanted to turn the AC on as it was really hot but they said it wasn’t possible, I woke up super sweaty even after leaving the window open the whole night.
Service was good, with bell boys helping with bags and accommodating room change. Hotel is just outdated and stinky.
