What makes this hotel excellent is its staff members in particular who were super kind, attentive and helpful. Great service. Many thanks to them. We hope they maintain their excellent attitude towards customers.
As for the room, it was clean, tidy and big enough. It is located right in the center.
The breakfast was good enough.
There is a parking space in front of the building, and one of the staff members welcomes you from that point and helps you.
The only negative thing was that we were given a room where they allowed smoking and thus, a very bad smoke smell welcomed us. After we communicated this, they immediately changed our room. If you don’t smoke, be careful and ask beforehand if the room is smoke free.

Very good hotel with friendly and efficient service.
We didn’t speak Turkish but the hotel staff managed to do everything for us.

Very outdated hotel needs maintenance, broken ac, shower slide loose, cigarette smell.
Excellent and friendly staff, breakfast is amazing and very good water pressure on the bath

Very clean and professional overall with typical
cheese, vegetables, and egg breakfast.

1) The showerhead flew off out oc control when I turned fully, not able to handke the pressure. Suggest for different shower head. ^&^
2) the wall was thin enough, the noises from next room kept waking me up like TV, snoring, and wake-up call from the lobby. I actually grabbed my room phone to answer, being that loud to my ears.

Due to my job, I have the opportunity to stay in many cities. I chose this hotel for the first time. It is good to clean the items such as bed linen and towels, which are important in terms of hygiene. But unfortunately the cleaning of the shower was not good. Even the soap used by the person who stayed before me in the shower was not thrown away. Shower and WC are a little tight. But most importantly, if I think the shower fountain head, I could barely remove the foams in half an hour with the disproportionate flow of water from a few calcified open holes. This means that cleaning and property control are not periodically checked by the managers.
