The room was really nice! The bathroom even had heating, which would be very comfortable in winter. The only downside was that this room type was only available on lower floors, so it didn't get much sunlight and the air circulation was a bit poor. It's super convenient to eat and shop right next to a shopping mall!! The front desk, concierge, and room service were all excellent!!

The view from level 12 was just what I needed after for travelling hours on a bus with my tour group. We stayed for two nights for the Cappadocia balloon ride, caves and sights. The hotel is a 15min ride from the ancient Cappadocia sight seeing locations but it was the best hotel we stayed on the tour. My room was spacious, modern and came with bathrobes. Decent in every sense of the word…. I think one of the best in Kappadokia. Mall is neighbouring. Entrance with the hotel room card, you can find anything needed. We stayed 01-05 June , it was the best choice to travel round around the kappadokia without changing hotel every day….

Perfect stay at Crowne Plaza ! The team is very friendly and they helped us organise all our activities around the area, the room are spacious and welcoming, the spa is very large and has lot of facilities and the food is delicious throughout the restaurant outlets. Great hotel!

I feel that this should be the best hotel nearby, the price is very affordable, it's worth it!

Stayed for 2 nights in Capadokya. hotel very nice ans accommodating. Staff in bar and restaurant very engaging. Would highly recommend.

Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.

Room was upgraded but wasn’t really an upgrade. We had a king suite with balcony. Was moved to a smaller room without balcony. Hotel is nice but it’s really out of the way so we paid way more for taxis going to excursions.

Visited the spa. The massage was good. The facilities were clean. The therapist was very professional. One small issue was that the rooms were cold during the massage

The service was good. They even gave us champagne. However, the water in the room's pool can only reach 24 degrees Celsius. I didn't use it during my entire stay. It was a waste.

Although this is a nice hotel, the location is not ideal, as it is far from tourist attractions. The view is not bad, but take note it is next to the freeway. According to bookings.com it is a 5 star hotel, but in our experience it was 3 star accommodation . With regard to the room, it was very spacious and the jacuzzi was wonderful. Unfortunately I got bit by fleas/bedbugs. Also 2 lights were out...

The room was clean and totally different than the usual hotel room, for a full immersion into the cappadocia journey. The staff was always ready whenever we needed. Also the breakfast in the hotel was full of local tasties delicacies, that we had with the amazing background of the cappadocia steppe and rocks.

Each room is different. We booked a room with a small balcony which was great. Room number 110. Able to see hot air balloons from the bed in the morning. Since it’s on a hill, the view is good. A few common sitting area with very traditional Turkish feel. Staff are friendly. Breakfast simple and nice. Definitely will recommend to friends who are coming.

Special Cave room. Amazing breakfast spread. Friendly staff, especially the receptionist (Mahmut). Great hotel - highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel with a great view. It is very close to Uchisar Castle. Breakfast is included. Every room has a great terrace so you don't have to stay room,you can enjoy the view.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room is small, however the heater works very well. It is very hot in the room since the AC is not working, so we have to open the window during winter to let some fresh air in. The food is okay and delicious. Wifi also works well, no issues.

We were booked in as part of a tour group with RSD travel and the hotel felt as if they needed to just tidy up the maintenance a bit. The facilities were really good but the food was pretty awful. We had the supposed "Gourmet Dinner" which was possibly the worst buffet I have ever had. Breakfast was typically European so Brits beware but there was very little fresh fruit.

A lovely stay at this beautiful hotel with excellent hospitality. Beautiful pool & delicious variety of meals ( all very healthy) Shop located inside hotel with amazing gifts & memorabilia to take home Ideally situated as it’s not far from Göreme where hot air balloons are launched & many rooftop restaurants to witness the magnificent views of the chimneys

Bathroom needs improvement! My stay was excellent, however the bathroom needs better lighting and the bath area was not draining, not to mention there were 2 short planks of wood keeping the water in the bath area and it was not sufficient, the bathroom kept flooding.

Comfortable and affordable price...the room is big enough and complete necessities for the bathroom.. Convenient coz there also a spacious souvenir shop inside. The staff are kind and attended or you can reach out anytime..

The room was very clean and big! The breakfast was very good and fresh! Great coffee! The staff was amazingly friendly and very polite! They did everything they could to make your stay awesome! Great place to stay. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Good location walking distance to Ortihasar castle and restaurants cafes.

Superb reception staff, clean, air conditioned and very large rooms, comfortable and very quiet. Only downside was the sink and shower faucets did not function properly. While room service meals are offered, they weren't available during my stay. It's only about a 5 minute walk to the town plaza with a limited variety of dining places. But it is distant from the hub of activity and dining in Goreme

We loved our stay here! It was such a good decision to stay away from the chaos of Goreme. It felt like a safe heaven with still beautiful views but with the calm of the garden of the property. The AC in the rooms does not get cold, other than that (and the fact that Turkish food is weird) this place was great

Compared to other hotels rather disappointing, spa wasn't included in room price. Buffet food was not great. Position not great as not walking on freeway not nice. All that said, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Nice hotel with very good location easy to find it. Rooms are clean and serviced every day. Food was nice and the staff helpful.

We stayed two nights during a tour of Türkiye. The hotel is very nice, especially at the entrance, even if the two elevators are small and get "clog" very easily. Curious is the fact that there is carpet in the corridors and not in the rooms (fortunately). Spacious and clean room, although I didn't like the split air conditioning positioned above the headboard of the bed. Good breakfast and dinner

It is beautiful from the outside... The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. (Toilet bowl not cleaned, I won't give details 😱. As far as meals are concerned, it's very average and the staff seems in a hurry to finish their service whether in the evening or at breakfast. We're in a hurry a little to leave the premises. About the situation of the hotel nothing to say room calmed down....

Structure partly modern (bar) and partly old (rooms, spa and swimming pool). Lunch and dinner buffet well stocked. Old but spacious rooms. The staff are friendly but few speak English. They say that the spa is open but it is closed, the pool is old and needs to be renovated.

excellent hotel to recommend to everyone. ROOM spacious and clean, but there was only one bedside table so you can't put anything near you for the night. buffet with wide choice. NEGATIVE: Staff who demand tips and do not leave the room until you have satisfied their request.

A very welcoming hotel for family travel. Comfortable rooms and a delicious and comprehensive buffet breakfast. They even let us wait a couple of hours at reception until we were picked up and taken to the airport. The staff was attentive and helpful at all times, especially Ahmet, who invited us for tea to liven up the wait. I highly recommend it.

Not so bad. Clean sheets and towels. Very limited option for de breakfast.

I recommend It was a hotel in the city center and met our expectations.

I expected more. The hotel was comfortable and well-located, the room was good, as was the bathroom. The service was pretty average. We asked for towels and they were never delivered. The breakfast was very poor, with little variety. Honestly, I expected more.

2 nights.. only for sleeping, breakfast and diner. Even at 4.00 o'clock in the morning you can ask for coffee. Amazing place wich i recommend!

Owner and the staff are very friendly. Good service, clean rooms. I gave 3 ✨ because the quilts and the sheet were warn out.
