The view from level 12 was just what I needed after for travelling hours on a bus with my tour group. We stayed for two nights for the Cappadocia balloon ride, caves and sights. Good service and good location. We went and flew hot ballon in the early morning. After checking out, the hotel helped locating the money exchange and called taxi as there was no taxi from the app downloaded.

Although this is a nice hotel, the location is not ideal, as it is far from tourist attractions. The view is not bad, but take note it is next to the freeway. A very welcoming hotel for family travel. Comfortable rooms and a delicious and comprehensive buffet breakfast. They even let us wait a couple of hours at reception until we were picked up and taken to the airport. The staff was attentive and helpful at all times, especially Ahmet, who invited us for tea to liven up the wait. I highly recommend it.

I expected more. The hotel was comfortable and well-located, the room was good, as was the bathroom. The service was pretty average. We asked for towels and they were never delivered. The breakfast was very poor, with little variety. Honestly, I expected more.

We were booked in as part of a tour group with RSD travel and the hotel felt as if they needed to just tidy up the maintenance a bit. The facilities were really good but the food was pretty awful. We had the supposed "Gourmet Dinner" which was possibly the worst buffet I have ever had. Breakfast was typically European so Brits beware but there was very little fresh fruit.

Bathroom needs improvement! My stay was excellent, however the bathroom needs better lighting and the bath area was not draining, not to mention there were 2 short planks of wood keeping the water in the bath area and it was not sufficient, the bathroom kept flooding.

Comfortable and affordable price...the room is big enough and complete necessities for the bathroom.. Convenient coz there also a spacious souvenir shop inside. The staff are kind and attended or you can reach out anytime..

Appears to be an older renovated hotel. Wall paper was not properly applied and some floor tile grout was missing. The room was kept clean and the beds were comfortable. I was passing through Nevsehir and I needed some help with transportation to get to the main Neveshir Bus Station. The hotel offers a spacious room with king size bed. What surprised me, was the ashtrays in the room which mean you can smoke inside. Unusual nowadays. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, local traditional cuisine. WiFi working perfectly. Kettle in the room.

Probably one of the best places in Nevshir. The hospitality was fantastic and the owner was very kind and made himself totally available for all our needs. Convenient point to move to Goreme and the other places. Very close to the airport. Great view of the panorama from the terrace.

We had a great time at this property - travelled with wife and daughters - super gracious hosts and breakfast was mind blowing. Super recommend. In hindsight we should have rented a car though but again the hosts helped us with taxi service in demand.

Its good for people who want to stay way from city life, but as tourist we were looking for easy access to city life. Which we find better in Goreme city. I was really pleased with the Grand Isbilir hotel with its clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of varieties and the staff are friendly. The owners of the hotel, Mr. Fatih and Mr. Burak, are really very attentive to the customers. I did not have any problems with the cleanliness. It is a preferable hotel.
